29th May 2026 (16 days ago)I wouldn’t personally recommend dealing with this estate agent based on my experience. The property was described as being from a “quality builder”, but that didn’t stack up when I actually viewed them. There were issues that hadn’t been mentioned beforehand, which left me feeling like the listings didn’t give an accurate picture of what you’re walking into. Viewings themselves weren’t particularly useful. The agent seemed to have very little understanding of the properties and couldn’t answer basic questions, which made the whole process feel like a bit of a waste of time. Getting hold of anyone was also a challenge. Calls weren’t returned, and when I did get through, the interaction felt more like I was being brushed off than actually helped. The tone came across as quite condescending at times, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Overall, it felt like dealing with a small operation without the structure, preparation, or professionalism you tend to get from more established agents. There just didn’t seem to be the systems or attention to detail you’d expect when making such an important decision. My experience was also a long way off what some of the more positive reviews suggest, which I found hard to understand given the issues I encountered. I’d suggest anyone considering using them does their own due diligence and doesn’t rely solely on what’s presented. Disappointing, and not something I’d choose to repeat.

26th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I viewed two properties with estate agent Amber and one with Holly, both ladies were very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional at each viewing, thank you both for your help, and knowledge of the areas that I was looking in.
3rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.

As you know moving can be so stressful, but Demi always found a way to help everything move forward properly. Demi was so helpful and understanding, and she really brightened up my day with such a warm and delightful smile. Such a lovely young lady! I definitely would recommend, Demi was fantastic

29th May 2026 (16 days ago)Me and my partner are about to move into our forever home on shared ownership (1st time buyers) Jamie Butler has been there from the very start, although we didn't have the best experience with the solicitors Jamie was there if we got stuck and would take over when things got to much for us. His service was so good he made us feel so welcomed and offered us a drink everytime we seen him. His support and advice by guideing us every step of the way over the past long 8 months, checking mortgage rates to make sure we had the great deal and helping us send over the documents to the solicitors also going over the enquiries. As 1st time buyers we had no idea how the process works Jamie was very patient with us, he explained everything in detail which we liked. He even came into the office on his day off which was so kind of him we didn't ask him too and for that he deserves more than a 5 star. I would give him 10 star everything he has done for us, service that he provided was beyond what we could have expected we can't thank him enough. I recommend Jamie to my neighbour/family and friends and will stay in touch with him for the future. The other staff that was involved in the process Tom, Lauren and Becky were very nice and helpful Thankyou to all of you ??????

The sales team did a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Yasmin, Antonia, and Hannah were consistently kind, professional, and clear in their communication, which made everything feel much smoother. The lettings team were equally impressive during our time as tenants. Any issues were handled promptly and efficiently, and we always felt well looked after. Annabel and Olivia were outstanding property managers, proactive, approachable, and always keeping us in the loop. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Marble to anyone renting or buying.

Any problems there on the ball and they are very on top of everything. From someone who thought these companies were all the same now I’ve seen both ends of the spectrum it’s definetly a huge difference and plus
