Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Knightsbridge to sell my mum's house. We found Denise, Amy the team at the Oadby branch professional and efficient. Also a mention for Mandy who was our contact when preparing our house for sale. The sale became a very lengthy affair but Denise was always trying to move things on with solicitors especially, which at times was less than easy! We were always kept uinformed. They were very mindful of the fact that we were moving an 86 year old who had never been through the experience and the process was explained thoroughly.<br>We would highly recommend.

2nd Oct 2026 (28 days ago)It did take a while to get viewings and I was the one making calls rather than answering returns, but the agents were very busy and juggled to get me 2 viewings close together. Demi took us to both properties and made as much time for us as we needed and answered our questions. Any that she couldn't answer she promptly checked and emailed answers back. I may not have bought via Frank innes in the end as the properties werent quite what I was after but the experience with Frank Innes and Demi was great and I thank the team for their help searching for "The one". Reccomend the team at Ashby

16th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I had three unaccompanied viewings and sold my property through SQ. The company did good photography and marketed the property and that's where their helpfulness stopped. The lack of communication through the whole sale process was diabolical. They withheld information and made a stressful process ten times worse. Would not sell through them again.

The staff were approachable and took the time to deal with everything carefully rather than rushing through the process. I found their communication clear and their overall approach professional. It was reassuring to have a team that seemed genuinely focused on making things easier for their clients. I would certainly consider using their services again.

18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am leaving a 1-star review because this entire application process was unnecessarily stressful and lacked basic professional standards. From the very beginning, the experience felt like a joke. During the two separate times we viewed the property, the agent who showed us around had literally no clue about the house and couldn't answer any of our questions; it seemed she was just there to unlock the door.<br><br>After having our offer accepted, I personally discovered the attic was severely compromised by spray foam insulation, active water leaks, mold, and rotting timber. The agency claimed neither they nor the sellers had any idea the spray foam was there, yet they later provided documents proving the foam had been replaced in 2019. Marketing a property without checking the attic for such a well-known, major structural and mortgageability issue shows a complete lack of due diligence.<br><br>Instead of working constructively to resolve the problem, the agent, Laura, continually pressured me to find workarounds with my lender to push the sale forward despite the mouldy sprayfoam and possibly the rotting wood. When I visited the office for a simple update on my stalled purchase, Laura dismissively told me she had "40 houses to sell" and didn't have time for just mine. Being overwhelmed with work does not justify speaking to a client so disrespectfully.<br><br>Furthermore, they refused to refund a £30 fee, despite the fact that the property had massive, undisclosed defects that made it un-mortgageable. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution, conduct your own thorough inspections, and expect poor customer service if your purchase encounters any hurdles.

Wilkins and Vardy were the only ones who explained the whole process, gave us a price up front and took away all the worries. I found the whole team exceptional but in particular Paula, who was the initial contact, she was totally up front with us and made the whole process a lot easier to understand and it was this initial professionalism that prompted me to choose Wilkins and Vardy. Thank you to the whole team,

From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!
