2nd Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .
3rd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)We were not impressed. The lack of communication being the biggest issue. The last email we received was confirmation of our cancellation and was told I would be called after the weekend on the Monday. I'm still waiting. It's been 3 weeks. It was almost like once they had got you to sign the ridiculously long contract they just whacked it on Rightmove then forgot about it. After informing them of our cancellation we received an email telling us all about the potential buyers they had introduced to our property. The list was huge. Where when and how did they introduce all of these potential buyers. We had 3 viewings in 6 months.
15th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process. I was also asked if I would like to close the complaint after 1 small update, needless to say that was the only update I have had, so I am continuing this process. I
3rd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Howkins and Harrison. Maddie, Lauren and Eve are all extremely professional and so dedicated to what they do. Maddie kept us in the loop throughout the whole process which was stressful at times and kept in contact with our solicitor and notified us immediately about the current situation. We are extremely grateful and so happy we are now in our lovely new home. Moving is inevitably stressful but instructing Howkins and Harrison was the best decision we could have made. Thank you Howkins and Harrison for making a stressful process more endurable. With professionalism, friendliness and commitment. You’re a great team. Best wishes Jan and Francis.

They have been professional, supportive and ensured that the whole process was smooth.<br><br>They took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, making sure I understood everything and that everything was right for me. Their patience and reassurance made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>Starting from the viewing with Simon, to Jane pre-finalization, to Chris and Tom for documentation, to Tor & Lucy ever since we moved in, everything has been great so far.<br><br>I would highly recommend Goodwin Property Services to anyone looking for a great, smooth, transparent, and a hassle-free process.

From the very beginning, the whole team was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help - especially Laura.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how they went above and beyond when paperwork kept being sent electronically by the solicitors, despite repeated requests for hard copies. They were more than happy to help print documents, explain the paperwork, and make sure everything was completed correctly, which took a huge amount of stress away from our mum.<br><br>They were also always happy to speak to us on our mum's behalf when needed, keeping us informed and helping everything progress as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their patience, kindness, and professionalism made a real difference during what can be a very stressful time. We are hoping to move there soon, but as we will be new to the area, we were looking for ideas of locations suitable for our needs. Kian was excellent, came up with lots of ideas, information, tips and hints. When we do move, we will be back!

Amazing Estate Agents not forgetting Mollie the receptionist. Nothing too .uch for them. If you want to sell your home. Walshes are the ones to do it for you.

7th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)?????<br><br>After renting through this letting agency for over 20 years, I was extremely disappointed with how I was treated at the end of my tenancy.<br><br>I was the one who gave notice and expected the check-out process to be handled fairly and professionally. I felt like my loyalty as a long-term tenant counted for nothing.<br><br>The agency retained my entire deposit and then requested an additional £90, including charges for black bags left in the dustbin and miscellaneous items that were actually part of my original part-furnished tenancy agreement. I reluctantly paid the extra amount simply to bring the matter to an end, but I strongly disagree with how it was handled.<br><br>Over the course of more than 20 years, very little was invested in the property. The carpets were replaced only once despite already being noted as worn when I moved in and improvements such as the new boiler and loft insulation were only carried out through external schemes that I arranged.<br><br>I also experienced being locked out of my home after an inspection because the faulty front door had been double-locked, leaving me unable to access my property over a weekend.<br><br>After over two decades as a reliable tenant who always paid rent and looked after the property, I expected to be treated with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at the end of my tenancy has left me feeling that customer service and fairness were lacking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this letting agency.

22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Lovely people to have show you around houses.<br>A big special shout out to millie not once did she turn up fed up thinking here we go again.<br>she turned up at every property with a smile and we eventually found the right place for us finally.<br>All the extra work chasing solicitors and getting the sale through quick was a added bonus.<br>thank you so much millie<br>We found a property our sofa fits and more than enough outside space for the doggies.<br>I would definitely recommend using winkworths bourne for buying a property.<br>They were all very professional<br>We love are new home as do the doggies<br>So thank you very much<br>Jen and matt

28th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.
