They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. No matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!), they were always happy to help, explain everything clearly, and keep us updated. They always picked up the phone whenever we needed them and chased everything up to help speed the process along. Their communication, professionalism, and support meant so much to us during such an important time. Thank you both so much — we truly appreciate everything you’ve done for us! Highly recommend.

They also tried to fit viewings in as quickly as possible. They also then provided quick and helpful feedback from those viewings. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.

He was passionate, super knowledgeable, and really filled us with confidence which made our decision to use Mark Rice to sell our house really easy. He took the time to get to know us and our home, we really appreciated that there was never any pressure put on us. Laura supported us throughout the sale process and was absolutely amazing. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered every query quickly, followed up on everything she said she would and was endlessly patient with all our questions! She never once made us feel like we were pestering and her kindness, reassurance, and genuine investment in our journey took so much stress away from the process. We are so grateful for all of her support. A huge thank you as well to Jill and Frances, who were always so kind, responsive and helpful whenever we contacted the team and had any queries. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell
5th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I purchased my property through Bairstow Eves Sales team and initially had a very positive experience with the sales team. They were professional, helpful, and made the purchase process smooth from start to finish especially Dean. Because of that experience, I trusted the company and decided to place my property under their letting and management service. Unfortunately, my experience with the letting team was completely different and extremely disappointing. During the management of my property, I experienced significant issues and damage, which ultimately led me to revoke and cancel their management services and transfer my property to another estate agent. Since ending the management agreement, I have spent the last six months repeatedly emailing and requesting the return of my tenancy deposit funds, including contacting the manager, Jessica, directly. Despite numerous attempts, I have received little to no response and the deposit still has not been returned. It is very frustrating and disappointing that a company with such a strong sales team has handled the lettings side in this manner. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and failure to resolve the matter, I am now left with no option but to proceed with legal action to recover the funds. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves the way their lettings department handles landlords and client money in the future.

From the very first enquiry to signing the tenancy agreement and collecting the keys, Leanne was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Moving home can be a stressful experience, but she made everything straightforward and kept me informed at every stage. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What stood out most was her communication and attention to detail. Leanne was always approachable, proactive, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring everything went smoothly for both me and the landlord. Now happily settled into my new home and would like to thank Leanne and the team at Simpson & Partners for making the process so seamless. 14th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)I’ve been really disappointed with how things have been handled. Communication has been slow and unclear, especially when it came to something as important as the tenant’s notice. I wasn’t given the exact date it was received or a copy of the notice when I asked, which made it difficult to check that everything was being managed properly. The delays have also made things harder for me when it comes to planning next steps, and it feels like this could have been avoided with more timely and transparent communication. I’m also concerned that the check-out inspection when the tenants moved out was missed, with no one attending as expected. On top of that, the tenants’ deposit has still not been returned, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I would have expected a far more responsive, reliable and professional service.

28th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Great communication, regularly called to give updates or discuss how to increase traffic to our adverts if views were down. Never once told us to reduce our price which other agents often did as a method the gain interest.

Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The responsiveness and genuine care shown made the experience stress-free and reassuring, which really made a huge difference to the whole process. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team.

28th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.
