Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting. Thank you, Martha and Spencer, not just for your professionalism, patience and help, but for the humanity and warmth you bring to your work. You haven't just helped me find a house. It's rare that I meet someone whose knowledge of property genuinely impresses me.<br>That was my experience with Harry Wards of Wards Estate Agents. Harry has an excellent understanding of the property market, strong local connections, and a professional, proactive approach that sets him apart from many others in the industry.<br>He and his team run a tight ship, communicate well, and provide what I would consider a premium service, all at a fair and competitive price.<br>I don't give praise lightly, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Harry again in the future. In fact, if I were looking to build a property team of my own, he'd be exactly the sort of person I'd want involved.
