8th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Would highly recommend Lovelle, Humberston. Everyone we met were friendly and supportive. Photographer Lovelle uses is excellent and also gave us good advice. From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The house sale completion date occurred 7 weeks after the day an offer was made!

The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the local market was outstanding, and they took the time to understand my needs and deliver exactly what I was looking for. Communication was clear and consistent, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really set them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting or estate agent. A fantastic five-star experience!
2nd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)From start to finish, the rental team, Mark, Ellenie and Chris were so professional, supportive and helpful. Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much
5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Avoid all house share viewings, the prices that they as a company post are absolutely diabolical in comparison to not only the market but for what they offer. Out of all 3 viewings I did, they were awful. 6 people to a house, all houses had a ran down kitchen, not up to date it’s an absolute mess. the floors were broken in all the rooms with a shoddy carpet just pulled over it? The walls were cracked the toilets i viewed literally had pee over the floor. It’s like no one even went out to clean it prior or even quality checked the house. The fact that this if it was 300 PM I would be like you know what? You get what you pay for. but how are you asking 6/700 Per month when there’s 500/600 PM market houses that are fully furnished with less people and more space….?? If your seeing this and your in dire need of a house share like I was and in a rush for time PLEASE do not turn to these guys for a solution they will over charge you for your stay there is WAY more better places out there and cheaper. There’s a reason why they have so many rooms available it’s because so many people are leaving and the quality and cleanliness is a JOKE. Even the the furniture that “ came with the room” that you can’t “ get rid of “ was broken..? Like what? This isn’t a reflection on the agents as individuals but as a company, it’s greedy and your properties are dehumanising. Find a private landlord on spare room.

But the Manager was outstanding, he understood our needs and accommodated us accordingly. He went above and beyond. He thought outside the box and approached another property owner already on the market with themselves and set up a viewing at our initial valuation appointment. A a sale was agreed within the week. It was our one and only family to view our house. He assisted us with solutions when our buyer’s chain encountered problems and we were in our new home within 12 weeks.

The team were professional, friendly, and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative. We really appreciated the effort and attention to detail—highly recommend!

3rd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb. They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

13th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. 29th May 2026 (16 days ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

She was highly communicative throughout the entire process and sorted everything out for us in a timely manner. ?She truly went above and beyond when we broke down on the A46 on our way to collect the keys—Laura actually drove down to meet us on the roadside so we could sign the tenancy agreement and get our keys! If that isn’t the definition of going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. Thank you, Laura!
