We have always found Claire and Lindsey in BMH Lettings to be excellent managers of our property, dealing with reported issues as at an early stage, to ensure that things didn't escalate, and always keeping us up to date with issue resolution.<br>In addition, they always were able to come up with recommended trades required to deal with any problems, as and when - and at a good price.<br>As a consequence, we would be happy to recommend them to any landlord looking at letting out their property in the area. They would be the first Letting agency we would go to should we ever need to rent out another property in the area.
19th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

14th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I used Derbyshire Properties as a buyer but id definitely be back as a seller now! I saw several properties in the area and Sarah as an agent stood out as she had much better knowledge of the property being viewed than any other agent did. From then on Gemma and Georgia were super fast at replying to queries, answered all my many probably daft first time buyer questions, and helped no end in chasing up where things were at. They also shared my excitement when it finally happened. Probably the most anxious time of my life but they made it much better!

From start to finish Lovelle staff have been professional and made the whole process straightforward and everything went smoothly. The house sale completion date occurred 7 weeks after the day an offer was made!

The team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their knowledge of the local market was outstanding, and they took the time to understand my needs and deliver exactly what I was looking for. Communication was clear and consistent, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really set them apart. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient letting or estate agent. A fantastic five-star experience!

Kev who showed me around went above and beyond and with my situation helped me feel confident and safe in my desision. Mark has been such a joy, really friendly and helpful. Nothing has been too much for the team. Their knowledge of the area and the personnel touch when I was unsure of what I needed to do next was outstanding. The property was a little gem and I would definitely used Savidge and Brown again and would recommend them in an instant. Thank you so much

However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.

3rd Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb. They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

17th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything, Teresa - here is hoping our next chain (whenever that may be) will be a successful one!

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on!
