10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Tried to get a written statement from them for a claim as our property purchase fell through due to no fault of our own. They ignored my emails and when my wife called and spoke to Liberty on the phone she wasn’t very helpful and abrupt, asking why my insurance company needed that. It would have taken 5 minutes just to give us the details for our claim. She said she would email back but I am still yet to hear from the estate agent . Very poor communication throughout entire moving process and adding unnecessary stress .

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Hayley was very reassuring when I first met her and explained how she arrived at her valuation amount, well supported with local comparable property data, while emphasising that the final decision was mine. I felt confident in accepting her advice. Photography and sales details were prepared very quickly and efficiently. As I don't live locally good communication has been particularlyimportant. It has been refreshing to deal with a team who clearly communicate well among themselves as whenever I've contacted them whoever i spoke with was well informed about my case. Once an offer was received Mark was helpful, professional and very quick to act on my instructions. I've had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend Denny Knight.

Rhonda kept me smiling, even when it got stressful, and Carl was the most professional and reassuring person to speak with throughout the process. If you're buying, selling or both, this is an absolute gem of an agent! They went above and beyond...I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Reassured when things were stressful and supported throughout. Lovely, genuine interactions with all members of staff and a special mention to Mukesh for his guidance. Would always recommend.

They are an extremely professional, friendly and reliable team who are always a pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Communication is excellent, everything is handled efficiently, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both their landlords and tenants and about maintaining properties to a high standard.<br><br>Lesley in particular is always approachable, organised and great to work with, and the same can be said for the rest of the team. A very well-run letting agency with a great group of people behind it.<br><br>Would highly recommend Belvoir West Bridgford to any landlord looking for a professional and dependable team to manage their property.

9th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Absolutely appalling. Me and my partner were buying a property through M&C and they were bluntly put 'a load of rubbish'. From the beginning there was no communication and we had to extend our mortgage deadline 3 times due to their incompetence to get any answers from the 3rd party solicitors. Im not sure if our experience was a 'one off' but id stay well clear.
