19th Mar 2026 (26 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

30th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

They were all "on it" from the beginning. My first contact with Jordan, who was enthusiastic and contagiously positive with her ideas, to the incredible friendly, efficient, supportive, professional and again positive and professional, lovely Laura (who answered all my questions and great to talk to!(all of them were)!)). All supported by Ellie, who also kept everything moving, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was fabulous. A fabulous team. The price is good and between them, they made everything seem easy. I am so grateful to them for making me feel that I am in "good hands". I have had experience with other Estate Agents and can honestly say, Newton Fallowell have been the BEST.
31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
26th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We engaged Woodfords to sell 5 barn conversions in the Oundle area. Very happy with the outcome, as well as their performance and service. All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Reassured when things were stressful and supported throughout. Lovely, genuine interactions with all members of staff and a special mention to Mukesh for his guidance. Would always recommend.

1st Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have been into the office twice recently to speak to someone in Lettings. Twice I have left my details & still no reply. The Lettings Manager is never available. Obviously they don't want the work, but surely it is company policy to get back to someone? Therefore my rating is one star but they don't deserve that.

Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly.
