30th Apr 2026 (5 days ago)Communication was poor after 4 months of being on the market, lead to believe I would be kept up to date each Wednesday, that never happened and when the enquiries dropped off before Christmas I heard nothing until I took the property off the market.in April and to date after at least three weeks snd of asking the return of my spare key.Twice there was a problem with the person showing a client round,they knocked on the wrong door( they have a key) who was a elderly neighbour snd caused him to worry his flat was being sold and the second was they told a neighbour that the property was on the market as they were waiting for the.Client to turn up. That was my place to let any of them know if I wanted. Not great.!

2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very happy with the service we received from Patrick Gardner, and Sarah in particular. We were not local so it was great that they were happy to deal with potential buyers, including taking meter readings on the completion date, and providing access to the company we were using to clear and clean the house prior to completion. Two negatives. the first was that the clearing and cleaning company, that they put us in touch with, let us down. They did say that they would not recommend any particular company, so shouldn't affect their review, but we did suggest that they took them off their list. Don't know if they have. The second was that they were a bit pushy about having a sale board up. As we were not local, and as the house was vacant, we were reluctant to advertise that the house was up for sale, particularly as, being at the end of a cul-de-sac, there was no passing traffic.

28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)I recently dealt with a maintenance issue that took longer than expected to resolve, but Tess at Burn and Warne was a standout throughout. She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful in pushing things along, which made a big difference during what could have been a much more frustrating experience. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and actually looks to support tenants. Really appreciated her help.

We therefore asked GPs to handle our sale which became complicated through the withdrawal of somebody further down the chain. Nevertheless Ken and Adrian Capuozzo kept us well informed throughout a very long sale process and were professional and courteous throughout

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny
3rd Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Andrews Worcester Park highly enough, especially Tony, who handled the sale of my late father's property. Although the house took some time to sell due to a quiet market, Tony persevered throughout and never lost momentum. His communication was excellent and he remained friendly and professional at all times. Where Tony truly came into his own was after the sale was agreed; he did a fantastic job supporting the buyers through the process and proactively chasing the solicitors to keep things moving. A fantastic service during a difficult time – thank you, Tony."
