22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)We saw a property for let online, and last week my partner reached out to the agency to request a viewing and ask what documents were needed for the application. We were told we’d get an email with the details, but never received a response.
After ome week I followed up asking for both a reply and a viewing, but again, nothing. Honestly, it’s not surprising the property has been on the market for almost a year—prospective tenants shouldn’t have to chase basic communication.
Because of this lack of professionalism and responsiveness, we decided to look elsewhere and won’t be dealing with this agency.

Wayne has provided a fantastic rental service throughout the entire process, always being friendly, supportive, and highly professional.

His vast knowledge of the business appears second to none with many years experience in this local Teddington/Kingston area I will not hesitate to use him to sell my house within the next months!!
26th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I'm posting this review here as Winkworth is trying to take my truthful review down on TrustPilot. I have hundreds of screenshots willing to prove the terrible service I received as a tenant and to prove all the harassment as they would incessantly email from multiple people from the same office. I wouldn't be posting yet another complaint if they didn't report my review for a second time, but they've forced my hand.
They serve section 21 eviction notices left and right before it is entirely legal (based on the timeframe, they do it pre emptively to the 2 month threashhold, and did so in my case). They tried entering my property without giving 24 hour notice multiple times outside the 2 month allowance timeframe.
It took the team 4.5 months to return my entire deposit. I had to contact TDS and even go through legal avenues in order to receive my undisputed deposit. A shoutout to the terrible Bradley Whitehead, Sibel Camci and last but certainly least as in she is the bane of the Shepherd's Bush rental market, the lazy & entitled Daisie Lander. These three are chancers at best, reaping profits off of rentals that aren't legally fit to be rented and keeping deposits to record profits.
They also "heavy suggest" that tenants use only one cleaner they refer us. The fear of losing more of our deposit is real and something they regularly enforce from what I've seen. This is illegal to enforce in the UK and because of the vague way that they suggest us to use their recommended cleaner, people cannot place this forward as a formal complaint. That said, I can note that they only suggest one cleaner. This office uses every underhanded manner to torture their tenants and make upper class professionals feel like criminals who should feel so lucky to have a tenancy.
I've heard multiple complaints about Daisie when finding my next rental and get why some people don't want women to work, they're all thinking of her in particular. Lazy, entitled, and constantly out of office, I can personally show all the times she was out of office when I sent her an email.
Though that's just the beginning of this tale, from strange agents coming into my apartment without any warning and claiming they were "new" (high turnover I see), to receiving several emails everyday regarding rentals for 4-5 weeks straight after I received my section 21 eviction as a standard harassment tactic, this isn't the office you want to work with or be renting from.

12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .

Lucy showed us a number of properties today and her excellent advise, professionalism and expertise helped us secure a lovely new apartment. 20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

Michael Silk and Sam Jamani are exceptionally helpful , wonderful and professional.
I must give credits to Michael who stood by me when I had a gas leak , called the gas company and stayed up to midnight sorting out the problem..
He also chased them to finish the job completely.
It is very important to have reliable people especially I am living abroad
Michael and Sam helped me to find an excellent tenant and they were professional , patient and take the calls outside their business hours.

20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

I would not recommend Perkins based on my experience selling my late father's property.
There were repeated failures to secure the property, including the alarm being left unset on multiple occasions after viewings. Communication was extremely poor, with viewings arranged without notification, cancellations not communicated, and it often being impossible to contact the office to confirm whether the property was secure.
The situation became so concerning that I was forced to travel from Buckinghamshire shortly after surgery to personally check the property had been left safe and secure. During the marketing period, the toilet housing was damaged, wardrobes were regularly left open after viewings, and a "For Sale" board damaged the wall and remains in place despite requests for it to be removed.
What is most disappointing is the apparent lack of care and respect shown towards my late father's property throughout the process. The combination of poor communication, security concerns, property damage, and lack of accountability has been extremely upsetting and far below the professional standard I would expect from an estate agent.

Anaise was amazing, always at the end of the phone helping with any questions and keeping us informed of any updates.
