19th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.
31st Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)We used Linay and Shipp for selling our house and buying a new house, and were very impressed by their service right from the start to finish. Every staff is helpful and lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They provided a professional photographer taking high quality photos for our property, and we had three viewing requests within two hours after the property listed. They were also very good with dealing with different types of buyers, and really stood up for us when there were unreasonable requests. They helped us manage the tedious conveyancing process: chasing solicitors and providing us with regular update in terms of what is going on. They made the whole house selling process much less stressful. In terms of finding our new home, they were very engaging in showing us the property, and were patient in answering all our questions. We requested two more viewings of the property after made an offer, and they were just as patient and helpful as we haven’t made an offer. In fact, we have learnt lots of great ideas on property improvements from them, and are implementing some of them right now. A big thank you to Breda, Jacqui, Lucy, Debbie and Helen for taking good care of us throughout the whole process, and we would recommend to them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Winkworth office are all very professional and work with you to achieve the right sale for the property with the right level of support throughout the process. They ARE NOT the pushy irritating Estate Agents I experienced when selecting the right one to work with. From start to finish I found the service provided by both James and Daryl first class. Thank you very much

2nd Nov 2023 (2 years ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers
16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I’m met with 4 different agencies. Brickworks attention to detail, homework on the property and advice generally was superior to the other agencies and clearly so.

Simon was very supportive throughout the transaction, liaising effectively with the various solicitors involved and keeping all parties well informed. The Savills "new home owner" pack is a thoughtful gesture and is appreciated.

She was extremely efficient throughout the process and consistently proactive in chasing the sellers, the sellers’ solicitors, and our own solicitors to keep everything moving. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, the whole process felt far smoother than expected. I would happily recommend Cauvery to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely committed estate agent.

They knew our local area extremely well and priced the house right from day one. Communication was fantastic—we always knew what was happening and never had to chase for updates. They guided us smoothly all the way to completion.
1st Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Lack of feed back on viewings Turning up late for viewings Manager never checked to see how I'm getting on. No assurance No data updates on people interested in property. Manager had left and no courtesy call to advise. Not a good experience at all, felt let down.

He was updated more than fully on multiple long emails etc. The market at this time was peak interest rates. I mentioned with regards to the saturation of the market on flats as well and with regards to the price, but he had bought high as is mostly the case and didnt want to lose money on the property and drop. He eventually did drop to the figure I mentioned with another agent and it was not at the same price. It was not 6 weeks, I noticed it when looking for comparables. It came off with me October 2024, it was remarketed and completed September 2025, 1 year later, this comment left June 2026!!They were not fictitious viewings. I was not evasive I talked how the market is whether a vendor wishes to hear this or not. Personal insults! They noticed all the awards on the outside of the shop and the website. Lowest rated from those with grudges, please read the answers below from those few reviews like that. Companies use companies that block low reviews and only then upload the higher reviews to Google, I dont. I have no issue if people want to leave reviews, freedom of speech, but at least let them be factual/correct and not with personal insults, I expect more/better , in this case from his line of employment he works in. Shirt not tucked in, that then gets tucked in, is this relative, food! I lost 3 stone, even though I was told I looked ok, a personal choice to be healthier.<br><br>Sam Ades<br><br>Your offers were going up in increments over a 1 month period.<br>The property was sold to someone else, as there were other interested parties, that you were aware of, and these buyers came in with immediate offers at acceptable figures soon after viewing. You were coming and going at times and mentioning other properties in the area, which i presume you were also looking at. I gave replies to your emails as to why the lower offers were not acceptable to the owner. The owner took time coming back as mentioned at the time. If you had offered the correct required figure from day one, you had a better chance of securing the property. I have staff members. But like other companies i do undertake viewings but sales progress all sales. I have over 30 years of experience and have sold 1000s of properties to exchange and completion with an exceptionally high conversation rate with all manor of issues, some vendors have even commented that no other agent would have got their sale through, as i sale proceed in a certain way. I have been on Barking road E16 for over 18 years. Good luck with your search.<br><br>Rabi Dil<br><br>I have no information, that i have ever had dealings with you.<br><br>Candice Bonney<br><br>I gave an expert insight into these types of properties which are blocks of flats with deck access, of which the lenders will also require the % of owner occupiers and take into account re-saleability. The service charges are also high, due to lifts and the concierge, these are predominately for cash buyers, but at certain prices as mentioned. I was marketing at a price that was requested. The housing association i work with declined to purchase. Offers were received, but as mentioned ,when they applied for mortgages there is every possibility they would be declined. I gave 3 other examples of blocks in the area, whereby purchasers had tried multiple brokers but with no joy and unfortunately this was the same in this instance and they were declined due to the above points. Cash buyers at this time, were few and far between and would look at other types of properties to purchase. Feedback was supplied, i handed the keys back politely. I can appreciate it is frustrating with these types of properties and i only wish lenders would be more flexible.<br><br>Imran Khan<br><br>I can not go in to detail with regards to the landlords professions but they are very busy at present, we will still be managing the property as we have known them for many years but unfortunately you were declined.

15th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)Shiv is very good at his trade and balances landlords and tenants exceptionally well. He's a good negotiator and knows the localities well. I've dealt with him for over 10 years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend AKS estates for any real estate related transactions.
