He couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating; we had numerous surveyors, architects etc visiting the property and every time he was polite and generous with his time. Thanks James, so nice to deal with a “real” estate agent. A proper gent.

From start to finish, he has been exceptionally helpful, highly proactive, and genuinely solution-oriented.
Unlike many agents who simply follow standard scripts, Nick went above and beyond at every single step to ensure a seamless move. I was a novice to the house selling business but they took me through it very patiently and professionally. Their house valuation and assessment of the housing market was spot on.

29th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)My experience with Madison Brook Twickenham has unfortunately been extremely disappointing. They have been managing the rental of my flat, and almost every matter has been frustrating to deal with and handled unprofessionally.
I appointed a managing agent to reduce the stress and workload of renting out my property, but instead, dealing with Madison Brook has created more work and frustration than managing it myself.
In particular, my experience with Natasha has been very poor. I found her communication rude, her service inefficient, and her approach to client service seriously lacking. Issues that should have been straightforward were unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to resolve.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Madison Brook for property management.

They went above and beyond to rectify a problem following a leak and property damage at my rental property this year - supporting me and the tenants alike and sorting a range of issues in under a week.
Giving it was a stressful time I could not have hoped to work with a better partner than Marcus and the team and so grateful to keep working with them.

They were very professional, supportive and responsive throughout the whole process, even though we encountered a few bumps along the way! Shiv was always there to support and guide us when we needed it, including the time when a potential buyer pulled out last minute.
The most important aspect to us over the other agents in the surrounding area was the integrity and honesty with which he conducted his business. he was always transparent with us from the start about the selling price of our property and carefully managed our expectations throughout the process. There were no unexpected and unwanted surprises in the end!
The team were always available and quick to respond to our queries and punctual for every appointment. They provided sound advice even with our onward purchase.
We would not hesitate to recommend AKS estates for anyone looking to sell/purchase their property. We are genuinely grateful for all the help and support and will definitely use them again in the future.
