7th May 2024 (2 years ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!
14th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Always great welcoming , friendly staffs , trustworthy people, they go above and beyond to help you to get what you’re looking for. Reasonable properties in good conditions. If there is any issues they will look into it and give you their best support. Have rented all my properties only with Select in the past 15 years. Thank you Guys for making me feel happy to rent out your available properties.

A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

2nd Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Enquired 3/11/25 about a rental property at Albany Ct., Bromley Rd., Shortlands that had caught my eye on Rightmove. Instead of being able to speak directly to a human being at their office I was sent an online form via SMS to complete(!). So I duly filled in the form and submitted, fully expecting somebody to have the courtesy to respond. Nobody ever did. Chased it up via a ‘phone call their Southborough Lane, Bromley office 9 days later where I left my details and nature of enquiry to be passed on. Again, nobody ever got back to me. Just the other week I noticed that the property has since been let. Questionable customer ethos and strikes me as a strange way to run a business if they are going to simply ignore prospective tenants?

Incredibly supportive, consistently responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free with their professionalism and personal touch. It’s rare to find a team this reliable — I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Do not use this agency. I had the worst experience a few years ago when they tried to keep the whole flats deposit and called the police when I tried to talk to them. I took on a case with the London Renters Union against them eventually and managed to settle the dispute through negotiations. Sad to see they are still just as bad! Avoid!

Our first contact was Brook Atkinson, who got the ball rolling and found us our ideal home, unfortunately our landlord sold the property after two years, and we found ourselves looking for another home. Brook was on the case and in no time at all, found us another lovely home. We cant thank Brook enough for her efforts to find us our new home, she is very professional and focused in her work, we would highly reccomend Brook and GBP estates, if you are looking for professional team. A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by how he handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage.
