5th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Disappointing experience. We unfortunately entered the market just as the economy was crashing into recession. However we chose Churchill because of their long standing local presence and thought they would provide an excellent service. We found them old fashioned and disjointed e.g. no 360 degrees online presentation of our house, we had to point out out that the published photos were originally missing a room, they was a complete lack of diversity in their agents (of which we had to deal with 3 different men although the area manager had said we would only be dealing with him) the different agents didn’t appear to have pre-read the information we had provided about our house before the viewings and there was a general lack of ongoing communication. In the end we only had two viewings before we ended the contract after 4 weeks.
14th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent doesn't discriminate or judge you, or will I say they seem to have good landlords? I believe they are just fantastic people . They are honest, very prompt to fixing things, they are very polite especially (Katie). I was with them for over 7 years and never had any regrets. God bless you all. Shalom
28th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Read Daniel Rose's terms of business very carefully before you sign anything. In my experience this is an expensive agency with fees buried in the small print. I sold my flat in 2025, yet Daniel Rose have continued to collect the rent and demand commission on money I no longer receive, for a property I no longer own. When I asked them to stop collecting the rent and close my account, they refused. They are also holding the tenants' deposit and would not agree to hand it over, and they responded to my requests with threats of solicitors and a court claim.<br><br>The whole arrangement is completely one-sided: their contract is written so they get paid whether or not they actually do anything, even after a sale. After nearly six years as a client I found them unwilling to engage reasonably or to treat me fairly. Instructing this agency is the fastest way to lose tenants. Avoid at all costs.
16th Jul 2019 (7 years ago)They informed us about a change in our move-in date less than 12 hours before the original date of the move. The new date was pushed by two weeks. Therefore, as we had already switched all utilities to the new apartment, we had to survive without utilities in the old apartment for two weeks. Moreover, the estate agent we were in contact with was behaving in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way on the phone as we called him to explain the issues. He was shouting at us on the phone and blamed the situation on us, the clients. Furthermore, the agent did not inform us about other issues we faced regarding the move and when asked about it, he claimed to have been in contact with us regarding the problems, which was not true.

18th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I do not recommend it. We lived in the Newlands Park property that they manage in London for 5 years. The owner invests 0 in the property. During the winter, the toilet gets a lot of mould due to the humidity. We always asked them to fix it, and they never did; we fixed it ourselves, as both my husband and I have respiratory issues. They were always very, very slow to respond to issues we had with the property; we had to chase them all the time. In fact, during our last month in the property, a water pipe that always been damaged broke again because the person the send to fix it only puts tape, and doesn't fix it properly By the 3rd year, they wanted to increase the rent, and you’d think, yes, that’s fair, but again, the landlord never wanted to reinvest in the property, even though it clearly needed a decent investment. We were very reluctant to allow them to increase the rent, as the property NEEDS a lot of repairs. No double glazing, so the property is not energy efficient. The cellar has mould, so anything you put in there gets ruined by it. The wood in the kitchen window and the bath is rotten, never got fixed During our last year (2025), in May, THEY LIED and told us the owner wanted to sell the property; we were thinking of leaving the country anyway, so we were okay with it. They told us we had to leave by August. However, the timing was not right, as we had some travel planned. We managed to get an extension until November, sorted out our move and work situation, and moved to Spain at the end of November. And to add, they took 1.5 months to return our deposit. My husband had to chase them a couple of times, and the last time he told them that if the deposit wasn't returned by the 9th of Jan, he would escalate it. they didn’t even return all of it. , and guess what? The property is now available TO RENT £150 more expensive, and with all of the issues we flag and they and the landlord haven’t fixed them at all. AVOID!

1st May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Do not use this agency. I had the worst experience a few years ago when they tried to keep the whole flats deposit and called the police when I tried to talk to them. I took on a case with the London Renters Union against them eventually and managed to settle the dispute through negotiations. Sad to see they are still just as bad! Avoid!
22nd Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Awful! We put our property on the market, they came round and took photos on an "iPhone, we were expecting a professional photographer. Some were so bad we retook them ourselves. The write-up was no better, we had to reword and add details to it. We weren't asked to complete the money laundering check, which is unlawful. We had one viewing, we were expecting Martin, but his wife turned up saying he had fallen out of bed and couldn't do it???? She was clueless regarding our property and very unprofessional. He forgot conversations, didn't respond to text/answerphone messages and lied to me about being away. He works from home and has one employee, plus his wife. It's noticeable they only have three/four properties on their books at the moment. Avoid

My all entire families & friends are very impressed about TPM services and we all personally highly recommend to do your all business with TPM only which has been established for many years. ????????

13th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Since signing contracts, unfortunately the service I have received from Stone has been seriously lacking. They seem to be unable to provide me with up-to-date information on delays to the development, do not respond to emails and I don't believe are passing on my concerns to the Developer. It feels like the minute I signed they lost all interest. I have raised these concerns directly with them but there has been no improvement

He has kept our properties fully rented in all that time and has always listened and acted on our instruction and needs. A five-star review doesn't seem sufficient. Thank you, Nazim!

29th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Avoid at all costs. Despite the tenant paying on time, we have always had to chase Coopers for payment. Always some excuse or the other. Have now changed agent, but they still owe us money, and we can't get hold of them by email or phone.
