2nd Dec 2025 (11 mo. ago)Not the greatest experience. Edit: I’ve just seen the response from the business and they’ve actually lied (clearly got customers mixed up), this is not what happened and I’ve now changed my review to a 1 star. Would definitely not recommend, what a shocking service.

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)We lived at a property managed by 1st Choice Estates for 2 years. From the start they were helpful and managed to find a good place at a relatively affordable price. Ade and Dominic in particular were responsive and respectful throughout our whole tenancy, and helped us with external reference requests with a very fast turnaround. Would recommend for those in the Brixton/Stockwell area.
9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

No one got back to me to confirm whether the viewing was going ahead. Feel sorry for anyone who uses this agency to let or sell their property- This agent doesn't have any reviews

The team was amazing throughout my stay, and Harvinder Sethi was particularly helpful, supportive, and professional.<br><br>Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and quickly. I did not face any problems during my stay, and whenever there was an issue, it was resolved very quickly and professionally.<br><br>I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Century 21 Hayes & Southall to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy letting agency. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Nothing was too much trouble and they have saved me a few trips south. Emanda was extremely kind and empathetic to my situation whilst being professional at all times. I would highly recommend Wilkinson & Fox, they made the whole process so easy are are extremely approachable.

She is always approachable, responsive, courteous and helpful, and she handles every matter with care, reliability and professionalism.
