16th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend highly enough. To say Michael went above and beyond with what proved to be a more difficult sale would be an understatement. A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

13th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The agents working on my property were reliable and easy to contact. They gave me weekly updates and did everything they could to advertise the property. They ran the viewings without my input and made it very easy.

We can fully recommend this property agency! 5 stars well deserved! Especially we would like to thanks Amna. She is totally star!

Ian was quick to respond to emails, transparent about the application process, and processed everything efficiently and very quickly as me and my partner had to move in quick. We felt very supported and we really appreciate how easy they made everything for us. We highly recommend Property Express to everyone. Thank you Ian :-) Marina
25th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

29th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Initially felt reassured knowing we were dealing directly with the director in securing our new home however it’s rather disappointing as maintenance issues continued to arise often met with dismissive responses such as “We have 20 years' experience maintaining this property” and even referred to as "a child," whilst pregnant which I found inappropriate.<br>There’s poor communication between agency and contractors you’ll have to update agency yourself on completed works.<br>The tenancy agreement states that tenants must leave the property cleaned to a professional standard or arrange a professional cleaning service. However, upon moving in, contractors were still carrying out work and the flat had been left in an extremely dirty condition, falling well below the standard expected of tenants. I'd recommend keeping your options open when renting privately.

I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.
