4th May 2026 (6 mo. ago)I strongly advise against renting from this letting agency. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and unpleasant company. They were inconsiderate and rude, failed to return my full deposit even though the property was left immaculate, and repeatedly showed up at the flat unannounced. It was an extremely negative experience from start to finish.

The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

Their professionalism, communication and commitment have always been first class. A special thank you to Clarke and especially Sherry, who was my Sales Progressor. This was an incredibly difficult sale and onward purchase, with numerous delays and issues outside of Robert Cooper’s control. Throughout the entire process, Sherry went above and beyond to keep the transaction moving, constantly communicating with all parties and doing everything she could to get us over the line. Her dedication, persistence and professionalism were outstanding. Unfortunately, there were significant delays caused elsewhere during the conveyancing process, but Robert Cooper never stopped pushing for progress and keeping everyone informed. Their support made a genuinely stressful situation much more manageable. Thank you to Clarke, Sherry and the whole team at Robert Cooper for another fantastic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
