Amalia was incredibly proactive — constantly reaching out with properties she thought would suit us and quick to book viewings whenever we expressed interest. Always on it, always one step ahead. Victoria was a true standout. She came to value our property and, even though we didn’t end up listing with McCarthy Holden, she remained completely professional and continued to suggest and show us homes that fit our criteria without any hesitation. What really set her apart though was her warmth — she was always so kind and welcoming to our 9-month-old who joined us on viewings, keeping them entertained throughout. It’s the little things that make a big difference, and it didn’t go unnoticed. A fantastic team — professional, friendly, and genuinely lovely to deal with.

In particular with the support I received from Olli who did the showround on a Saturday afternoon and patiently waited for us as we were late in arriving. He also helped with the paperwork received from the Solicitor and simplified the whole process. I cannot emphasise enough how impressed we are with the support we received!! There were quite a few moments where I felt a bit out of my depth and wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but the team were always super patient and happy to explain things in a way that actually made sense. It made everything feel way less stressful than I expected. Big thank you to Samantha Morse who was honestly amazing, she helped me out so much and never made me feel silly for asking loads of questions. Would definitely recommend!

Not only did we receive advice and suggestions, she also did research on questions we asked her. Chambers agency is a huge relief after dealing with some other agencies!!!

They are the first party involved in a sale I have ever wanted to use again. You are dealing with humans who understand the overall context of the sale, not an automated workflow of Bot like responses.
