3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I honestly couldn’t recommend Dan Brett at Prospect highly enough. From the very beginning, Dan was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned into a long and, at times, very stressful process. He was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and was consistently helpful whenever I called, no matter how many questions or queries I had. There were plenty of back and forth conversations over months, with different issues and stressful situations along the way, but Dan always remained patient, professional and approachable. He made what could have been a very difficult experience feel so much easier and was always willing to help, explain things and keep me updated. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about providing a good service, and Dan went above and beyond throughout. A huge thank you to Dan & the team for all the help — a real credit to Prospect and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!
2nd Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)We bought our house with Romans in Fleet in July 2025, after almost two years of searching and working with several agencies in different areas. Once we decided to focus on Fleet, Romans truly stood out. Special thanks to Charlie and Matthew, who were outstanding throughout the process. Communication was fast and proactive, and their support during negotiations was excellent. Thanks to their efforts, we achieved a very good price reduction, which played a key role in making the purchase happen. They were also very helpful in arranging multiple viewings to suit our needs. The only area that could be improved is the move manager role. Unfortunately, this part of the process was more stressful than helpful. Communication around completion and moving day (keys, meeting point, and next steps) was unclear and came very late, which caused unnecessary confusion. At such a critical stage, clearer guidance and better coordination would make a big difference. That said, the Romans Fleet team stepped in to resolve the issues, and overall it was a genuinely positive experience. They helped facilitate the process for both buyer and seller, avoided unnecessary obstacles, and handled negotiations in a friendly, positive, and professional way. After some very poor experiences with other agencies in Fleet, I can confidently say that Romans Fleet is one of the best agencies in the area, and I would happily recommend them.

Her expertise, knowledge, kindness and encouragement was amazing and she carried us through the whole process when we found our amazing new home - which didn’t take long at all!! If it wasn’t for Alice’s careful guidance we wouldn’t have found and secured our incredible and perfect new home - all thanks to Alice and her team! Thankyou! ??

8th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Jeffries & Dibbens has a strong reputation for combining local property knowledge with a well-structured approach to sales and lettings. The valuation service and dedicated move-management support are particularly useful, as having someone guide the process from offer through to completion can make a property move much easier. I also like the balance between face-to-face service at the local branch and wider customer support. Overall, they come across as an experienced and well-organised estate agency with a genuine understanding of the Portsmouth market.

During the process, the communication was excellent, and the online referencing system was very easy to use. Frances was always professional, friendly, and patient, and she was happy to help whenever I had a question. 15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Definitely avoid this agency if you are property searching in the South West of England. They will discard your application for a property without even notifying you, which is extremely selfish when their clients are most likely enquiring about multiple different properties in hopes of securing one. Disgraceful - avoid at all costs

Communication was excellent and they were the only estate agent involved in our moving process who made the many difficulties manageable. It is a shame we had been unable to use them for the sale of our house but will do if needed in the future.

Lee (sales manager) was professional, supportive and very efficient. He helped to nudge the buyers solicitors along to make sure everything went smoothly. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Lee and the Cosgroves team for property lettings and sales.

None of the usual pressure on buyers to "prove" their credibility before a first viewing, which was very refreshing and built trust quickly. My offer was quickly delivered to the seller with no fuss. When my offer was accepted, Kathy in particular was very dedicated and went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way, and kept prompting the right people to get things over the finish line. We were really impressed with EweMove from our first viewing and how knowledgeable Craig was about our house and the area. He answered our many questions and a few we hadn't thought of. We were fairly clueless as first time buyers and Craig was particularly helpful in the first stages of guaging timeframes and next steps. The whole team kept us updated throughout and were all knowledgeable, reassuring, trustworthy and professional. We would definately reccommend to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. We also loved the welcome box too - that was a lovely surprise!!
