3rd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house.<br>Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs).<br>Going into the estate agent office I felt welcome and liked meeting a team of smiley people, who I felt, wanted to sell the house as much as I needed to……..and they did ??????

Chantel was particularly helpful during the viewing, taking the time to explain things and offering useful advice on what to look out for when buying a house. Maya was always friendly and helpful, while Sohniya did a great job keeping me updated and helping things move along during the purchase process.<br>Buying your first home can be quite stressful, and although there were a few challenges along the way, I really appreciated the team's patience, support and willingness to help whenever I had questions.<br>I'm grateful to everyone at Charters Gosport for helping me get onto the property ladder. 14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We are a couple in our mid-70s and were selling our property to move nearer our family away from Southampton via Field Palmer, Shirley. Throughout the process we were coming up against obstacles which we weren't able to rectify. Keiran and Megan from the Shirley office were only too glad to offer assistance and we only had to phone the office and they helped each time. Without their help we might have given up selling our property. We would have been lost without them. If they didn't know the answer to our problems they didn't stop searching until they found the answer. We have now nearly reached completion and so glad we picked Field Palmer to sell our property. Thank you to Field Palmer, Shirley especially Keiran and Megan. If we ever need an Estate Agent again (hopefully we won't) we would use them again in a flash. Would higher recommend the Shirley office, Thank you Keiran and Megan.

So many frustrating delays and countless calls to Julie who was always available to help, chase and follow up. We really appreciated her effort and professional manner assisting us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the area.

They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

They were both extremely helpful from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process, which at times was quite stressful.<br><br>I also used their mortgage advisor, who was very helpful and made that side of the process much easier to understand and manage.<br><br>Once the purchase completed, I then rented the property out through Katherine and Joe, who were both brilliant and made the letting process really straightforward.<br><br>Overall, I had a great experience with the whole team and really appreciated all the help and communication throughout both the purchase and letting of the property. I would definitely recommend them.
