27th May 2026 (23 days ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

The team are professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process of letting and managing. Communication is always clear and timely, and any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. What really stands out for me is their friendly and approachable attitude — they make what can often be a very stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to providing great customer service as second to none. 3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)After meeting with a number of local estate agents to sell our property, we decided to go with Connells due to their confidence and positive attitude to not only getting the property on the market quick, but also in being able to showcase it to the right prospective buyers. This resulted in a number of viewings and offers. Even through the whole process, which included probate, the team were in contact to guide me through the sale and see it through to completion in approx 3 months. I'm actually surprised at how easy and straightforward it all was, and well within the time frame Harrison and Jack had suggested it would be. Would definitely recommend the team at Connells in Rayleigh.

They really made a stressful period calming and met every need that we required. Would highly recommend to everyone! 11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Amos Estate Agents as they are so involved in the community in Hockley. They genuinely care. Selling through them was a pleasure. They answered all questions promptly and with care. They chased whenever I asked and were an amazing conduit between myself and the buyers. Please consider Amos if you are thinking of selling. The whole team are caring, polite and courteous. They showed enthusiasm when conducting viewings of my home, which had various offers within 2 weeks of being on the market. The photographs taken were so professional.

Ross and Georgia (& the rest of the team behind them) were extremely professional, knowledgeable and organised with regular updates and pushing to ensure everything moved ahead steadily. After 2 short chains collapsed with a different agent we lost a year in delays, so I wish we had taken the whole process with Balgores sooner. We would recommend Balgores 100%.
