28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I recently viewed a flat and submitted an offer over the weekend. On Monday, I received the details for the holding deposit. Diego, Sunny, and Mariusz all assisted me equally and efficiently, helping me complete referencing and credit checks on the same day. During my search for a rental, I have often experienced estate agents who are slow, unresponsive, or difficult to get hold of. However, this company has been nothing but quick, efficient, and professional. I particularly appreciated that everything was handled online, which works best for me due to my busy work schedule.
12th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.

4th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)We had Anisa show us round our new rental property ( which we absolutely love! ) she informed us of the property in the morning and kindly showed us around later that day and couldn't have been more helpful in the whole process. Anisa responded to emails promptly, called us back quickly and answered all of our many questions. Anisa made the whole process really easy and quick which we are great full for, thank you Anisa :)
