9th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Lost our seller with no explanation and no communication. I know sellers back out sometimes but they handled it awfully, we had to learn it from our onwards, they gave no, explanation or advice and showed zero sympathy. They left us off the market for months and we missed several equiries and lost our onwards due to their ineptitude. To make matters worse they were almost double the price of other agents.
14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I have recently let my property through Hot Black. Appreciated the support given to get it ready for market. I liked their system notifying me of the viewings so I was able to track what was happening. Good communications throughout. Referencing of tenants completed quickly. Hope that ongoing property management reflects this initial experience.
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Good experience
15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)the agent Richard was really helpful and enthusiatic. He responded to messages quickly and he answered to all the questions patiently. He is a really nice agent!
24th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Gary was fantastic. He's the expert in this location and went the extra mile to get us a purchaser at a price we were happy with, and made the process very simple and stress free. I'd recommend him highly
26th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Dhruv Rupapara and Zac Summerhayes were the agents who worked on the sale. They were easy and pleasant to work with and had a good understanding of the market. They sold my flat faster than I expected, were transparent and informative all through the process, answering all my questions with patience and good humour. I would recommend Winkworth Islington and both the agents without hesitation.
24th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)Supercilious, patronising staff. Bullying me to comply with the supposed timing requirements of the purchaser. Not great.
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)From the first viewing to finally picking up the keys to my new flat Omar was always on hand with advice and assistance in securing the property. The whole process was so much easier with his professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Omar.
28th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)All issues are dealt with in a timely manor with updates as they are progressed
10th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
16th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I have no regret in working with Relocate Me. Jay has tremendously helped us get the flat we wanted. Great communication, professional, reactive. Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. Thanks very much, Jay and the whole team of Relocate Me.
15th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Estate agent had family living in our block for decades and had lived here himself. He was clearly the best person to sell our flat. We received two offers within two weeks of listing the property.
25th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Very pushy , and lazy
13th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)|Good experience, whilst you have a main contact they work as a team so someone is able to step in if they are away etc.
17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Abhelash Potiwal was extremely professional he presented his findings very well and was very empathic whilst dealing with our probate valuation.<br>When the time comes to put the property on the market he is the person I will instruct. I strongly recommend using his services- 20th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Brian was the agent for the seller of a flat we bought. He was of course motivated to act in the best interests of the seller, but he was professional, polite, detail oriented and diligent in dealing with our questions and concerns in a timely manner. He’s a good communicator. Our solicitor was not. He was able to reassure, educate and guide us through the unfamiliar process. He was always helpful and diplomatic which we much appreciated in the high stress of buying a home.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Very nice real estate agency, very professional and available when you have an issue. I fully recommend them
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The best Agency I have ever deal with.
13th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Chloe has been exceptionally communicative, and has removed the stress from a quite stressful last-minute move. I would absolutely recommend working with Chloe if you are looking to work with an agent who will provide complete transparency into the letting process and reassurance that the flat will be looked after and well managed.
11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Very pleasant renting experience: lovely flat, very professional, courteous, efficient and friendly staff. You hear so many scare stories about renting in London, so it was nice to have such such a stress-free rental experience. Repairs were made promptly and everyone was always very accessible and helpful.
29th May 2025 (1 year ago)We rented a great property through Bennett Mason for over four years. Alex was an excellent agent - always responsive, respectful and straightforward to deal with. Any issues we had were sorted quickly and fairly. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Very smart indeed! We were a walk in and although they had two parties going on they found a slot for us to have a quick cocktail. Good service and we had the sweetest hostess.
31st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Our first home purchase, which involved a contract reassignment, went incredibly smoothly thanks to Secrea and Billy at Lixing. Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism and dedication and highly recommend Lixing!
