He was always quick to reply, kept us updated, and chased things when they needed chasing which honestly made such a difference. You can tell he actually cares about getting things over the line for you, not just ticking boxes. Really appreciated how straightforward and helpful he was the whole way through. Would definitely recommend him.

Claire and her team gave me a very realistic valuation and expectation of what the market was at the time. We set out the strategy to sell the property and the incredibly proactive Emmie got me an incredible offer just a few weeks after putting it on the market. Emmie was incredibly helpful in bridging the gap between me and the buyer and she was resolute and fast in getting the deal over the line to completion, helping me deal with all the parties involved. I am very happy with how it all went.

Right from the get-go they were all over every aspect of the sale and in constant communication with the various parties. She went over and beyond what would have normally been expected of her role - right from coordinating with lawyers to helping with moving furniture! Would highly recommend TLC to other sellers.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. 18th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They scam people like it’s a normal thing to do. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! You need to investigate everything by yourself to triple make sure and then put everything into the contract if they promise anything. Just an example during our purchase: Purchased this flat with bathroom leak. Promised it’s already fixed. Got a surveyor myself and got back to me it’s still leaking. Promised again it’s fixed. Promised us for the 3rd time, just before the purchase!!! said “they spent £4000 to fix it properly” Bought the flat, moved in, even not a single sign that the bath panel is opened. All silicone around it are old. And, it’s still leaking with severe damp issue (damp meter showing 45%) Asked them to fix after the purchase but don’t get any reply after weeks.- 29th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Great! Their communication was exceptional - always quick to respond, clear, and proactive, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-organised. They were both warm and personable, highly knowledgeable, and I always felt I was in very capable hands. Although I didn’t end up securing the property as I was unfortunately outbid, the level of service I received never dropped. They remained positive, encouraging, and committed throughout, which really stood out.
