3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

The team keept us in the loop with weekly updates and helped chase up outstanding or difficult queries with all parties when they could. When our first purchase fell through due to the vendor, Homeworks helped us find another property really quickly. Never felt as if it was too much to call or email them. Would use them to sell in the future.

The valuer was honest and gave tip's on how to present the property to highlight it's best features. All communitcation was clear and accurate right through to completion.... and we recieved a very good offer very early in the process. The sale went very smoothly from beging to end

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it. 16th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job. My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them. Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market. He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself. He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday! He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose. I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future. Thank you Steve and Next Level Property!
