20th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
14th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)I’m an estate agent in Leicester, and William H Brown were part of the upper chain we were working on together. The process was managed brilliantly, especially by Courtney Robinson. While there were inevitable challenges, they were approached professionally and persistently until we achieved a successful outcome. Even when Courtney was unavailable, other members of the team ensured seamless communication. Courtney and her wider team are a true credit to the estate agency industry!
4th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)I have to say that I have been very disappointed with your service for the following reason: We could have completed on February 14th (as our buyer desperately wanted) but because your agent continuously told the buyer it would be impossible to complete the conveyancing by then (and perhaps even lucky to do so in March even), it scared them into extending their rental lease for a further month and thus delaying completion until March. I was told the same by your agent but our solicitors said it might be possible and it has proven that it was. I was not updated at all by your staff over the progress with the sale. I was the one doing all of the chasing and updating you. On one occasion I went into your shop to specifically ask you to contact our buyer to see if he was happy with the completion date proposed and to exchange. Your member of staff scribbled a note on an already full scrap of paper and then clearly forgot as nothing happened and so I contacted the buyer myself. I informed you when we were going to exchange and complete and when we had exchanged. The only positive experience was Emma, who was good at what she did. Thanks Lucy, but I did complain and asked that you might consider knocking a bit of the bill as a goodwill gesture. I got a defensive reply and asked to fill out a form! Its what I expected would happen as opposed to you acknowledging the poor service and offering a goodwill gesture of a small reduction.

They were professional and kept me up to date with everything at all times. 9th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)As part of our retirement plan, we wanted to move back home to West Norfolk from the Chelmsford area. We viewed a William H Brown property in Dersingham but didn't like it due to a damp issue. Then we started getting calls from the Chelmsford branch of William H Brown and what a nuisance they were. We explained over and over again we were moving away from Chelmsford and didn't want to buy a house there. But the calls kept coming. A new person every time wanting to know our current home status, prying for more information. Eventually, we asked for a copy of their complaints procedure and they seemed to get the message and the nuisance calls stopped for a while. Then, when the next call came through we told them we had found a new home and would be moving shortly and the nuisance calls stopped. Although we did get calls from other agents, these were the absolute worst. There was enough stress in the moving process without being pestered and aggravated by agents in the area we were moving away from. We'll never view a William H Brown advertised property ever again.- 23rd May 2024 (9 mo. ago)Not very helpful whatsoever, put an offer in on a property as a cash buyer that these people are marketing over a week ago and NOT heard anything since! Gentleman who I spoke to quite condescending and abruptly answering my questions. Do these people NOT want to sell the properties they are marketing??

19th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)I cannot thank the Homeworks Team enough for providing a high class service. At a sad time of bereavement they secured sales of two houses with professionalism. From Carl being spot on with the valuations, to Lauren communicating at every stage. Lauren also went above and beyond sourcing a Locksmith when we had an issue with one of the houses locking, meeting them at the house. They also had very good knowledge of local services in Dereham. All has been much appreciated for a seamless service.

9th Mar 2025 (14 days ago)We purchased a house through Jackson Stops, Burnham Market and this was a surprising pleasure despite being far from the easiest transaction. Jo and Carolyn are both extremely helpful, the surveyor they recommended was the best we’ve ever used too, must leave a glowing review for him too, and they were also really friendly and pleasant to deal with. Comms were easy and open, hitches were overcome with a sense of camaraderie, and a lovely welcome from Jo on the day of completion standing smiling in the drive with the keys and a bottle of champagne made a major life event memorable for all the right reasons. I’m never moving house ever again but if I do I’ll be using Jackson Stops without a doubt.

17th Feb 2025 (5 weeks ago)PHOTOS TO SHOW WHAT LIARS THIS COMPANY IS! Contact initially was brilliant, back and forth really quickly and were told we could view the land we had enquired about whenever as it wasn’t in use. We viewed the land and travelled an hour to do so, it was unrecognisable. It was in use with wheel barrows, rugs, water bowls and rubbish covering the floors. The field advertised was grassy and immaculate in the photos but in person covered in mud with deep 6-7 inch holes through it, the stable doors had holes in and were hanging off and to top it off the concrete floor was covered in animal poo and straw. The land was in fact in use by 4 horses. I contacted to let them know, after being called a liar and having to provide proof and photos of what we were met with they finally told us it is being let out and that they will speak to the owner and contact us asap. After 2 further weeks of hearing nothing, and the photos still being advertised (but changed to relatively new ones) I decided to call again and was told straight away I’d be contacted before the end of the day. I have not been contacted and when I tried to ring before they shut no one answered. All my emails have been ignored over the last few weeks and I have been lied to multiple occasions. All I’d like to do is apply for this land out of desperation which they are aware of my circumstances but refuse to tell me the truth. I have tried to make multiple complaints but always end up being put on hold and told “well if you don’t want to apply that’s fine” no I want to apply but it’s in use and still being advertised?? Absolute disgrace of an estate agents!!!! Photos below show what was advertised compared to what we were met with after travelling an hour.

10th Mar 2025 (13 days ago)We have purchased a house in Wymondham, and Rebecca is the agent for the seller, and has been brilliant all the way through the process, friendly and knowledgeable when we viewed the house, and has kept us informed and updated all the way through the process to completion, liaising with solicitors and our estate agent alike. Even though Rebecca was the agent for the seller and not our agent, we can’t speak highly enough of her and her professionalism. We wouldn’t have any hesitation in using or recommending Rebecca and Ewemove.
