Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. 7th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company- 20th May 2026 (23 days ago)What a great team to work with, so friendly and helpful. Emma and the team made the usually very stressful experience of selling a house so stree free and easy, they kept us up to date with everthing that was going on. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but if you want to sell or buy then goi to this team - what a difference they make! Kepp up the good work. Val & Ian Perry

TO THEN SAY UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NO VIEWINGS AVAILABLE, AND THE PROPERTY HAS SEVERAL OFFERS ON THE TABLE SO ITS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT YOU WILL GET A VIEWING. I SAID WHY DIDN’T YOU STATE THAT AT THE BEGINNING BEFORE I GAVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL CONTACT DETAILS. ??????

17th May 2026 (26 days ago)Don't waste your time. Told first viewings on Hedgerows Road would be Saturday. Viewing then cancelled as they made further viewings available to others earlier in week, so property gone. Wasting people's time. Your response is just further lies. The tenants did not move out until bank holiday weekend, you only got the keys the following Tuesday, I had been assured I would be only the second viewing the following Saturday. You all need to get your stories straight as your colleague who cancelled my viewing said some additional viewings took place on the Tuesday, not as you said, before I booked a viewing, but very much after I booked. I won't be at all surprised to see you managing this as a rental property in the very near future.

25th May 2026 (18 days ago)I didn't use Sally Harrison to sell my house. My estate agent didn't have many bungalows for sale. I went to Sally Harrisons as they had bungalows for sale. I got to view a bungalow. The lady showing me around was lovely. I went over to tell them I would pay the asking price. I was told I had to bid lower. Thought this odd. Bid a bit lower. Next morning it was sold and with the solicitors. A few days later went to the shop again to inquire about another for sale bungalow to be told it was sold and with the solicitors. They hadn't changed this on the sign on the bungalow. The lady who is rude smirked. Say no more. I haven't set foot in it again and buying from a different agent.

27th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

Sharon was lovely on valuing our house, photographing, measuring etc. Ruby then took over handling most of the viewing arrangements and dealing with our sale, she was proactive at chasing follow ups and kept in contact with us regularly. We accepted an offer and completed our sale super quickly (within 4 weeks!) with Taylforths help - we can’t thank them enough, 5* service!

5th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
