All the members of staff ensured that the purchase went through speedily and trouble free. Thanks to all of them and my wife and I would recommend them highly.
4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.- 28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.

My experience of Crown Estates was a perfect combination of exceptional professionalism, genuine care and outstanding value — I would recommend without hesitation. It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to Lisa for everything she has done for me throughout the sale of my home. Selling a home, especially on your own, can be such a challenging and emotional process, but Lisa was incredibly patient, supportive and so generous with her time. There were moments when it felt like it might never happen, but she was always there — listening, reassuring me, talking things through. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like I was asking too much or that I was simply another client. She showed such warmth, care and understanding throughout, and went far beyond what I could ever have expected from an estate agent. Having Lisa alongside me made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have been part of the journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients. Lisa, thank you for everything. I’m so grateful for your kindness, support and everything you did to help me get to this point. You are an absolute credit to the profession. ?? 27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! 5th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
