It was a very difficult purchase for Shari as the Vendor was very emotional about if he really did want to sell or not. Shari work so hard to balance emotions with the Vendor and me on the other side. She always kept in touch to let me know where it was up to all the way through. Great Credit to Jackson Stops.

They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.
4th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

We were pleased with the pictures taken of the house which promoted it to its best advantage. After approximately a month and several viewings we had a definite offer which we were very happy to accept.In all a totally good experience.

The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. Please be very careful as they lie about everything!!

Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

From the initial valuation by Olivia and the viewings overseen by Jasmine, we received regular updates and feedback. Once we had agreed the sale of our property, another one of the girls, Coral, effectively became our case manager. Throughout what was, and has been a long, drawn out conveyancing period, Coral was amazing and thoroughly professional in all aspects. 3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys

20th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I had such an awful experience with the most rudest person I have ever come across in 57 years on this earth! This ‘estate agent’ answered the phone to me today. Whoever she was definitely should not be dealing with the public who advertise properties for sale. Never come across anyone so rude when I showed an interest in a property they have for sale. As soon as informed her I was a cash buyer her demeanour totally changed and became nice as pie! Be 100% vigilant!
