The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Impossible to contact via phone, they don't even bother replying to your emails, why on Earth would I ever want to rent a property that forces you to email for the likes of repairs, when you can't even reply to someone registering interest? Trash company.
15th Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

1st Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)Review for Mrs. Paula & Our Landlord I want to leave a heartfelt review for Mrs. Paula from Urban, because she truly deserves it. Every time we needed something, no matter how small or how complicated, she was always there for us. She has never left us without help, not even once. Through all the repairs, the work in the house, the appointments, the problems that came up — she stood by us every single time. It means a lot to have someone who listens, who understands, and who truly cares about the tenants. Thanks to Mrs. Paula, everything was handled professionally, quickly, and with kindness. We appreciate her more than words can say. We also want to thank our landlord, who has been amazing as well — truly 10 out of 10. Both Mrs. Paula and our landlord have shown us respect, patience and support, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for always being there for us. You made a big difference.

5th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went for a viewing and was told at that viewing that if I wanted to put in an application then I had to either email or call but no one would be able to receive either until the next day. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told that the system was being slow but they would send me the application. I emailed after a few hours as I hadn’t heard anything and found that the email address they had communicated with me on had an out of office for a week so emailing wouldn’t do anything. I called them again and was told that the other person I had viewed with had put in an application and holding fee before I had called (which was as soon as they opened). I’m not sure if I believe that but regardless, they gave me incorrect information which cost me a property.

27th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I had a valuation appointment booked for 9:30am today. I arrived on time and waited, but there was no confirmation prior to the appointment and no communication to let me know that the agent was running late or unable to attend.<br><br>After waiting around 20 minutes, I called the office/agent myself, but the phone rang out and nobody answered.<br><br>I appreciate that delays can happen, but if you are unable to attend an appointment, I would expect the courtesy of being informed. I had specifically made time for this appointment and unfortunately the lack of communication has left a very poor first impression.<br><br>I was looking for an estate agent I could trust to handle the sale of a property, and based on this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The additional support from sales progression, was invaluable, she kept the unruly solicitors on track ??????. There is also the little golden nugget of 'new home renovations', made the process of having some remedial works, much less hassle. 10th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)An absolute nightmare!<br><br>We enquired about a potential investment property with a tenant already in situ and decided to make an offer.<br><br>We were told that the tenant had been living in the property for a long time and had always paid the rent on time. However, when the process started at the end of March, we asked for proof of rental income and that’s when everything changed.<br><br>We were then told that the landlord was actually in the process of evicting the tenant because they had stopped paying rent.<br><br>The agency and landlord were clearly aware of this, but this was never mentioned to us until we specifically asked for proof of rental income. Had we known this from the beginning, we would never have proceeded.<br><br>Unfortunately, by that point we had already paid a deposit and invested a significant amount of time into the purchase, so I decided to continue. Due to the eviction, the process was heavily delayed, but we eventually managed to exchange and complete on the property.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, we repeatedly asked the agency to arrange a viewing of the property, but they showed very little interest in doing so.<br><br>Once we finally gained access to the property, we discovered several issues, including problems with the electricity and gas supply and a front door that was not working properly.<br><br>Because the eviction issue was not disclosed to us upfront, we ended up losing over £3,000 dealing with the consequences — including finding a new tenant, agency fees, maintenance and other costs.<br><br>The whole experience was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the agency had simply been transparent from the start.<br><br>I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are extremely professional, communicative, approachable, flexible and honest in their approach. They work to suit yours and potential buyers availability which is such a refreshing change. Ben who managed our sale has also been so supportive of our buyers who are first time buyers trying to navigate and understand what can be a very overwhelming process.
