Their services have been professional and refreshing from those estate agents who left bitter taste in me. Genuine and pragmatic people, happy to assist and provided professional direction throughout the viewing and referencing stages. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or rent in the area they serve and you would find a friendly and professional services that is quite hardly found in today’s estate agenting. Always very helpful and responsive when it came to maintenance or just about anything related to our home. We are now moving into a new beautiful house and once again, Sabrina in particular was just soooo helpful making the entire process very smooth. From finding us the new property, to helping us deal with all necessary checks and finally arranging move out/in detail!! Absolute star!! Thank you ????
26th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)I rented a property from Spencer Munson back in 2011 , throughout the tenancy Spencer and team went above and beyond. There was one occasion i was away and my son lost his keys, Spencer came out on a Sunday to give my son the spare set, a life saver has I was out of the country. Most recently due to personal reasons I need to rent a property, I called Spencer ( luck would have it Spencer answered the call) . Within one week of the call Spencer had a beautiful property which he knew I would love. I met the landlord who was so sweet and has known and worked with Spencer for many years. I have now secured the tenancy. I am going through a difficult time and I can not thank ‘Spencer ‘and ‘Annie’ enough for all their support and finding me a property so quickly. I strongly recommend Spencer Munson , properties are always of a high standard and any problems are resolved quickly and effectively Thank you Spencer & Annie making a difficult time easier

Lewis was professional and communicative, patient with my questions, on top of all aspects of the chain and secured a price that everybody was happy with. My family has used John Thoma for multiple sales/purchases now and would highly recommend.
11th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.

23rd Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)Enquired about a shop.. viewed 2 times and gave personal information about my business and was told there were a few people also looking to at the same shop.. that's fair enough.. to be honest I wasn't overly fussed it I didn't get the shop but it would of been a good location for me and my clients... I have given a 1 star review not because I didn't get the premises it's because I was told I was going to get a answer the same week and I didn't even get a response as I was no longer an interest to them... Bad customer service and to lazy to even give me a call or email.... Will now avoid any further dealings with these agents... But in the end it was a blessing in my favour..

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)BEWARE, Unprofessional, don't answer the phone. They have kept rents which have been paid to them directly . And not paid the landlord, which has caused the landlord issues with the mortgage company. Multiple phone calls and emails sent to their office. No attempt to resolve the issue.

E.g. supporting a potential buyer’s plan to rent our house for 12 months & remodel large parts of the house as they saw fit, before commirtting to buy the house! Slightly underhand attitude didn’t inspire us with trust or confidence.

2nd Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and patient throughout the entire process. They really listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect house that ticked all the boxes. The communication and partnership was excellent – both George and Helga were always available to answer questions and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't recommend Butler & Stag highly enough, especially if you're lucky enough to work with George and Helga. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for us and helped us complete on the house in a very quick and efficient manner.
