I would highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or rent in the area they serve and you would find a friendly and professional services that is quite hardly found in today’s estate agenting. 2nd Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)They are an absolute shitshow when it comes to resolving problems in your rented apartment. They will ask you to create an issue on a portal called FixFlo. And then they will sit on that problem for an indefinite amount of time, pushing paper here and there, telling you they are waiting for approval from landlords for months on end. And then at the end of it, they expect you to get tired of waiting, or wait for the tenancy to end so that its someone else's problem. The house maybe nice, but if youve got a broken stove, well get ready to eat out and wait until the tenancy period to end before they "fix" the issue.

The whole team at RL Morris has consistently provided excellent service over the years. Richard, the owner, has been fantastic. From the very first time he visited the house to assess it for rental, I appreciated his very personal approach. Richard and his team were brilliant in every aspect of managing and selling my property, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares about their clients and provides an outstanding level of service, I’d thoroughly recommend RL Morris.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Stephanie has been really proactive and responsive throughout the negotiation process. Everything you'd need from an estate agent. Update: Equally good at the next stage of the process. We had a difficult chain and Andrew was the most proactive of all the estate agents in the chain, very much my primary contact and really devoted to keeping things progressing and us updated. Another excellent service.

2nd Jan 2024 (1 year ago)This is an estate agent on another level. Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.

She responded immediately to any questions and fought tirelessly for exchange to take place, in spite of a very difficult chain. 16th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)It was such a pleasant experience working with Lee and Antony. Throughout my tenancy, from the very beginning that started with apartment viewing till the end when I moved out of the place, they have been always helpful, efficient, and transparent about everything. Here are what I like the most about working with them: - Move-in date was flexible. Usually, landlords and agencies pick the 1st of a calendar month. However, for me I needed to move in asap back then so they were ok with making the tenancy start date not falling on the 1st. - Maintenance issues around the house got fixed quickly and efficiently. Moving across the ocean by myself and trying to find a place to stay in London wasn't necessarily a fun experience, but they have made it much easier and manageable for me, and I'm thankful for that. I totally recommend them and hope their business continues to flourish in the coming years.
10th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)Knightons managed the rental of an apartment, in which I had a one third share, from 2017 until 2024. They found good tenants to occupy the flat. They promptly reported defects and required maintenance, and we were able to resolve these matters quickly and efficiently. When the time came to sell the apartment, Knightons handled the matter very well, even though it took many months to conclude the process. All my contacts at Knightons were polite and helpful.
