20th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Both Kaush & Chris have been brilliant. We are nervous first time sellers, and could not decide which way to go over a local agency and a bigger one. We opted for Hobarts who were just really professional, and kept us informed about what was going on, even if that was not very much. Only 3 weeks later we got an offer on our flat, just before xmas, after a number of viewings. You can't ask for much more than that, with a great offer as well. Highly recommended by us.

2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.
7th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)The time I was asking was at a terrible time so maybe not within agent’s control but I feel the start to get the property listed could have been quicker and may have got ahead of the curve.
8th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Joe Edwards at Oliver’s Town was very helpful when my son was looking at buying in the Camden area. He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.

10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Avoid them. Renting with them has been horrible and you’re better off without it. The leather surface of the sofa has been damaged since the first day of moving in, and they did not deal with it until after the tenancy. The responses about power outages and general maintenance were slow and unhelpful, and they use a third party for inventory check. Said party (checkwells) reports furniture as missing *when you put it in a separate room*. Also, they will ignore you if you lock yourself out of the house. I spent a night in the student centre because of this.
11th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)ended up going to court for repossession which was granted . Now trying to liquidate company to avoid paying my legal costs

1st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I’m met with 4 different agencies. Brickworks attention to detail, homework on the property and advice generally was superior to the other agencies and clearly so.
5th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience with this agency. They treated me with kindness and respect, and I always felt supported. Ray and Goisha were especially helpful and kind throughout my time here. I’m genuinely sad to be leaving and changing houses, as I felt very comfortable. I truly appreciate everything they’ve done.

Being first time buyers is a notoriously stressful and confusing time but the knowledge, patience and professionalism from Marc was a breath of fresh air. We unfortunately had problems with solicitors throughout the sale but Marc handled the problems efficiently with clear communication at all stages, now we have our keys and couldn’t be happier. Whether you are selling or buying through Living Residential you are in great hands. Special mention to Jason too with his help whilst Marc was on annual leave. Thank you guys, you should be proud of the service you provide!

13th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)I’m genuinely very disappointed by the way I was treated by both the owner and manager at WorkSpace. I was approached while quietly doing my work and spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner regarding purchasing something from the café. The situation was communicated unclearly at first, and instead of handling it respectfully, I was told to leave or security would be called. I found the entire interaction rude and upsetting. Regardless of café policy, customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.

Benham and Reeves Dartmouth Park team are just outstanding- from the moment I started the journey on selling our home, Louis and Billy Boyle were there ievery step of the way. When we found buyer, it went to another level. When things get caught up, as they always do, Louis was offering solutions, advice and moving all parties along. They are not just doing a sales job when they come into your home to pitch to sell it, they are a team that genuinely care and support you every step of the way. Thank you Benham and Reeves - you are definitely NOT the same as all other estate agents!

From the very beginning I found Jason to be an honest, trustworthy, and helpful person, who did everything he could to help me sell my property, making sure I understood the landscape and was making prudent decisions, even when this was counter to the business's interests.
