They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.

19th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

Michelle and her team were fantastic from start to finish; always professional, always helpful, and always quick to respond. What really stood out was that their support didn’t stop once the sale went through. They continued to handle any queries I had afterwards with the same level of care. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

Nothing was ever too much of a hassle and no question was too silly. We were in close contact with Clayton who showed us around the house with a bright smile and helpful attitude. I must've sent Clayton what feels like 50 emails throughout the buying process and not once did I get the impression that I was asking too many questions. Clayton and the team at Hinchliffe are outstanding at what they do, they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond to be supportive. From our first viewing - to making our offer - to obtaining the reams of necessary forms - to the completion of the sale, Simon and Dawn (and Nick, too) were a most pleasant, professional, and helpful team. They always kept the interests of their clients, the sellers, at the fore while also making us, the buyers, feel valued. They kept us informed along the way and provided a gentle nudge when needed to keep the process moving. To put it simply, they were brilliant. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Everyone we have spoken to there has been really friendly and professional.
14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
