Despite Whitegates representing the seller, they were still very helpful to us. Lucy in particular was caring and supportive and explained things well. She listened to us and our needs while working hard with the vender to mediate our situation.<br>I'm sure this was a challenging sale for them and I think they did well to manage the situation. Would recommend.

14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Our experience with Your Move Shaw has been brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>It all started with Reece, the Manager, who came out to value our house. He took the time to explain everything in great detail, made the whole process easy to understand and gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>Jess then looked after the sale of Lyon Street and was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was always friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>Tia then looked after the purchase of Sumner Street and has been fantastic, particularly with all the chasing and back and forth towards the end. She kept us updated and did everything she could to keep things moving, even when I'm sure she was fed up of hearing from us!<br><br>Nathan also deserves a mention, as he was always happy to step in and help whenever Jess or Tia were busy. It really does feel like a team where everyone is willing to help.<br><br>And finally, they all deserve an extra star just for managing to stay so cheerful while listening to that constant beeping in there office all day ?????? Honestly, they deserve an award for putting up with that alone — absolute troopers!<br><br>A huge thank you to Reece, Jess, Tia and Nathan. You've all made what can be a very stressful process so much easier, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Shaw.
2nd May 2026 (19 weeks ago)Found agents and booked valuations quickly, got house on the market within a day of giving them the keys, had 5 viewings and accepted an offer within 3 days.
19th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.

Christine was fantastic at pushing our home out to get viewings, and once sold STC Kate and Anne-Marie were amazing at sorting out all queries and also navigating and feeding back to me everything going on in the very long chain. What was a very stressful move really was eased by the staff at Alastair Saville and we really can't thank them enough. If you're selling they 100% work for you every step of the way, and when buying every query you have they are so responsive and helpful couldn't of asked for better. Thanks so much everyone for getting us into our new home, has been a crazy few weeks but definitely worth it! If we ever decide to move again we'll definitely be back.
