Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.
26th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

21st Oct 2026 (9 days ago)I’ve been using this agency for around 18 years, both for letting and selling properties, and have always received a great service.<br><br>I’ve mainly used their tenant-finding service, and the fact I’ve had relatively little contact with them over the years says it all – the tenants they’ve found for me have almost always stayed for years!<br><br>They’ve also successfully sold 3 or 4 properties for me over the years, so I’ve experienced both sides of the business.<br><br>Most recently, Jon has been fantastic to deal with. Professional, helpful and efficient throughout.

From the start the lovely staff were easy to get hold of and communicate with.<br><br>Charlotte was especially good with helping me through the initial offer for the property and then Charlotte and Helen again were great support when the seller needed a bit of a nudge to get the sale over the line.<br><br>I am hoping to purchase more property and would definitely deal with this branch again, the team are brilliant.<br><br>The solicitors recommended by this branch were also great.

Chris looked after us and gave a realistic and competitive valuation of our property and maintained contact throughout, with extremely swift and efficient actions. Additionally, Tai was in constant communication with us and worked relentlessly to ensure we had a happy and successful outcome. This was a big relief for us and took the pressure off as we always felt in good hands.

It was a unique property at a high price point, so finding the right buyer and understanding what made the house special was really important. They got it right, achieving the full asking price in a really good timeframe (it sold within 2 weeks and completed 8weeks later) and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.<br><br>A special mention to James, who managed the sale and was a huge support throughout. Selling a home you’ve put so much into is a big deal and we’re very grateful to him and the team for helping us move on to our next chapter. Communication between buyer / seller and agent to iron out any problems was second to none.<br><br>I’d wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone selling in Wilmslow. Christine was fantastic at pushing our home out to get viewings, and once sold STC Kate and Anne-Marie were amazing at sorting out all queries and also navigating and feeding back to me everything going on in the very long chain. What was a very stressful move really was eased by the staff at Alastair Saville and we really can't thank them enough. If you're selling they 100% work for you every step of the way, and when buying every query you have they are so responsive and helpful couldn't of asked for better. Thanks so much everyone for getting us into our new home, has been a crazy few weeks but definitely worth it! If we ever decide to move again we'll definitely be back. 25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Brooks Estate and Letting Agents, Prescot. They gave me a realistic valuation, marketed it quickly with great photographs. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. They were professional, honest and fantastic from start to finish. They secured a buyer for me quickly, achieving £20,000 over the asking price! I could not have asked for a better team!"
