A special mention to Lauren, who did an excellent job managing everything from start to finish and securing a suitable tenant quickly and efficiently. Lauren was professional, responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, a great experience and I would happily recommend the whole team at Entwistle Green to other Landlords.

By far the best experience we’ve had with an estate agents when looking for our first home. Katie showed us round the house we eventually placed an offer on. She gave us every piece of information we requested when we requested it whilst also taking the time to ask about our situation. Katie did such a great job and we will be recommending Edward Mellor to all our friends who are looking for their first homes.

Georgina and Mark bring a wealth of experience and are very pleasant to interact with. They take the extra effort to understand their clients..unlike most other estate agents, they are well versed about the properties, pleasant to interact with and gives us the comfort and space to make decisions. The whole Movingworks team - Crystal, Michelle at the office are exceptional. Highly recommended both as a buyer and seller.

30th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

Their tenacity, diligence, efficiency, honesty and speed was constant and they are quite simply miracle workers. We are forever in their debt and could not recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for estate agents who get the job done, treat you respectfully and sensitively; these are the people for you. Full marks for them all, best in class, without a shadow of a doubt. 22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)Simply no other company to sell your house with if you are in the M29 area especially. My mortgage advisor recommended an estate agent who valued the property higher and was probably the safer bet in keeping things all in one place, but Suzie's knowledge of the area and personable approach came across straight away which was extremely reassuring and I knew right away it was the right agent to choose. Which subsequently went on to pay dividend almost immediately as the house was photographed, published and sold - well over asking price within 7 working days. Can't recommend enough if you are thinking of selling give Smoothmove a call.

When they reached out to us we knew straight away the customer service we would be getting would be unbeatable, made us feel like we was the only customers they was dealing with even though we know how popular they are amongst the property market! Molly was a great help, and very approachable with any questions and queries we had, the vast amount of properties they also have in there portfolio was amazing, and even better so as we have found our next property through them as well, keeping everything with the same estate agents makes moving house so much easier and simpler!
