13th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Savills Wilmslow and the process from start to finish was first class and very professional.<br>Sarah carried out the surveys of the property and assisted with the negotiation then Lucy saw the process through from there maintaining dialogue with us, the estate agents and the solicitors.<br>They were always able to assist promptly with any questions and requests we had making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.<br>Overall I would highly recommend Savills when thinking of buying or selling your property.
26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.

I must shout out Maisie, who was exceptional in helping me find a property over the course of months and she enabled that everything went smoothly. She was attentive, easy to talk to and approachable. 22nd Aug 2026 (23 days ago)Very slow at sorting out issues with pigeons nesting in the roof in our rental accomodation. There was pigeon poo everywhere in the garden and dead baby pigeons at times so the garden was unuseable. Also, the handles on all the cupboards were broken and they weren't replaced so we had to do it ourselves. However, when neighbours complained about our garden overgrowing they immediately forced an inspection to check the grass. The carbon monoxide detectors were out of date and then fixed only when we raised the issue. When we went to hand in our documents at the main office, it was pouring with rain and the woman wouldn't open the door and made us post the documents through the letterbox. Just very rude.

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly.<br>They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

I turned to Lisa in times of trouble in which she was prompt, responsive and chased up anything I was struggling with when my solicitors was doing nothing. Their very professional service from start to finish was started initially with our meeting with James who gave us the confidence to allow GH to sell our property, then to Tom who got things going and then lastly a special thanks to Nicola who was very approachable, keeping us well informed throughout the process; if she didn't have the answer to hand when contacted it wasn't long until she got it. Selling my late sister’s property while living abroad seemed like a massive, stressful challenge for me but Brooks made the entire process much easier. After I handed over the keys to them they took complete control of organising the viewings. I was kept informed with marketing reports, viewings and feedback. Their level of customer service is excellent and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls immediately. I am so grateful, as they made what seemed like a difficult situation much easier than expected.

I phoned at around 9am to ask about putting our house on the market. By 12 noon, Olly was at our home measuring up, taking photographs and talking us through the process. By 5.10pm that same day, Seth had our property professionally marketed and live online. That level of responsiveness really set the tone for everything that followed.<br><br>Ours wasn't a straightforward sale. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale became a five-month journey, involving multiple specialist inspections, legal complexities, last-minute price negotiations and plenty of challenges along the way<br><br>Throughout it all, Lynne was exceptional. She was honest, approachable and incredibly proactive, constantly keeping everyone updated, chasing solicitors and other parties, offering sound advice and, most importantly, doing everything she could to keep the chain together when it would have been very easy for it to collapse.<br><br>What really stood out was that this wasn't just one great estate agent – it was a genuinely great team.
