22nd May 2026 (22 days ago)We used Select Homes to help us rent out our house and honestly couldn’t fault them. Really personal service from the start, with quick responses to any questions and genuinely helpful advice throughout the whole process. What stood out most was the attention to detail and how efficient everything was behind the scenes with all the admin and governance side of things. They made something that could have felt quite stressful feel really straightforward and well organised. Everyone we dealt with was approachable, supportive and easy to get hold of, and you definitely get the feeling they care about doing things properly rather than treating you like just another customer. Would definitely recommend
21st May 2026 (23 days ago)We originally chose Melissa for our sale because she sold the house to us when we bought it 5 years ago, and we had such a positive experience as buyers that we felt confident she would do a great job for us as sellers too. Her valuation came in around £25k higher than two other local agents but this didn't feel like an enlarged number just to secure our business, we felt that she really understood the value of the property and this was proven correct as we agreed (and completed on) on a value that was £17k above that. It made it very clear to us that other local agents are pricing aggressively to get quick sales rather than the best value for their clients. Thankfully, Melissa was also the agent on the property we purchased and it just made for a very easy transaction. A huge thank you as well to Geraldine, who was brilliant throughout and handled the viewings (I think about 16+ in one day) perfectly. We’re incredibly grateful for all the effort from both Melissa and her team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From the valuation through to the potential sale they have been extremely attentive and efficient. Elliot Allen in particular has been enthusiastic and very pleasant to deal with. He valued the property and took great photographs which he showed us there and then and the draft brochure was with us by email the next day. The whole team deserve a mention for keeping in touch regarding viewings and particularly Claire for keeping us updated and talking us through the process. Suzanne and Tommy Miller

From the very first viewing, Jo was was always quick to respond to questions, kept me fully updated throughout the process, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole journey far less stressful. Thanks to Jo, we felt supported every step of the way. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
10th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Update, the email address you have provided has been ccd inbto many emails including the formal complaint. No response!! Asked for my keys back in November, it now March and it's still be ignored along with all my requests!! I have a complaint open as a landlord with TG, after they failed to carry out any work I have asked then to organise and failed to report and repair issue that were reported to them. I have not heard from TG since December, no reply to emails, no answering phone calls. I have no idea what is happening to my property and have asked for the keys back which has been ignored. My complaint is now well passed their timeframe to response. Over a month ago I was told I would have a response to my complaint by 4pm that day. At 4pm I was emailed to ask what my complaint even was, as they couldnt find it. Iwill be reporting them for breach the contract. See less

17th May 2026 (27 days ago)Don't waste your time. Told first viewings on Hedgerows Road would be Saturday. Viewing then cancelled as they made further viewings available to others earlier in week, so property gone. Wasting people's time. Your response is just further lies. The tenants did not move out until bank holiday weekend, you only got the keys the following Tuesday, I had been assured I would be only the second viewing the following Saturday. You all need to get your stories straight as your colleague who cancelled my viewing said some additional viewings took place on the Tuesday, not as you said, before I booked a viewing, but very much after I booked. I won't be at all surprised to see you managing this as a rental property in the very near future.- 19th May 2026 (25 days ago)Excellent experience. 13th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Sharon was lovely on valuing our house, photographing, measuring etc. Ruby then took over handling most of the viewing arrangements and dealing with our sale, she was proactive at chasing follow ups and kept in contact with us regularly. We accepted an offer and completed our sale super quickly (within 4 weeks!) with Taylforths help - we can’t thank them enough, 5* service!
