10th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Terrible service.<br>Had 2 viewings with them around the city and had rushed through them in minutes. Little to no conversation or explanation of the properties.<br>For one property we were left to wonder around the<br>building on our own because the agent had to do another viewing. Walking around a new building, without any access , felt like we were trying to break in.<br>Just not a great way to show people around and a total showcase of disinterest.

14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)As a buyer, the communication with this agent was fragmented, poor and a let down.<br><br>Had to constantly chase the office for updates and was an all round poor service.<br><br>Plenty of other agents in the area of cheadle I've had a positive experience with, so my opinion would be to strongly avoid this agent for both buyers and sellers alike.<br><br>Substandard all round.

Olivia was warm, friendly and honest about my property and explained the process and costs for me to understand. Katie then took over handling the questions and liaising with myself and the buyer always very prompt to respond. The office gives a welcoming, friendly, respectful vibe. A shout out to Danielle from countrywide mortgages who has been superb with helping me and my ongoing purchase.

27th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
28th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. All the way through the communication was excellent and help was always on hand through the process. Highly recommend both Hunters and Carrissa.

They were no pressure in selling and explained the process and answered any queries putting us at ease considering this was the first time selling what was our first family home. Once the house was listed, Reside dealt with all the viewings and fit it around us generally conducting group viewings so it was less intrusive on our family life. Once sold they kept in regular contact with us and the buyers to help the sale complete.
