24th Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unprofessional agents stating incorrect legal clauses. Poor communication. I will not be buying an estate or selling with them in the future. I will be contacting sellers directly making offers that exclude this agent.

Keith was extremely helpful on the initial valuation in the office I delt with Ann, Emily & Keighley and they were also great. I’d recommend after having a few valuations on my house I’d tell anyone in my area to use Robinsons. Thanks so much
8th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Instructed Peter Heron to market by 2 bed apartment. Initially there were very few viewings and when I rang to query this I was told that I had it on the market at too high a price and asked if I wanted to reduce the asking price! At this point in time my property had only been on the market for less than a month!! I persevered and after a couple of months did reduce the asking price but still not much interest. The final straw was them marketing the flat next door to me in the same block for £10k less than my property. No courtesy heads up on this, and when I expressed my unhappiness they weren't interested, so I gave notice to remove my property from the market. I did look into whether this was a conflict of interests and apparently it can be viewed as such. Amazingly I started getting viewings, but these viewers were also viewing the lower priced neighbouring flat. Problem now was the inability of Peter Heron to obtain any feedback from these viewers except for a small minority, despite Peter Heron staff actually providing accompanied viewings for these viewers. That flat has now sold as it was reduced by a further £10k (landlord owned so able to take a lower price) so I assume they were able to gather feedback successfully for that property, and annoyingly when I went to retrieve my keys from them and mentioned that it was impossible to sell my flat with such a big price difference they were again uninterested and didn't even tell me that the neighbouring flat had been sold that day. Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

They have been brilliant helping me with my family’s first house and would recommend to literally EVERYONE!

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. 11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been renting a property which Bowson manage for over 5 years now and I have been incredibly happy with the management and running of things and particularly the speedy responses should I have any issues. Nadine is the property manager for my building and she is always fantastic, keeps in touch with anything we need to know, is informative friendly and professional. I have no concerns if I ever need to email her. She is a true credit to Bowson.

When Tony came to do the initial valuation it was immediately apparent that we were in the hands of a professional, and his clear, candid and pragmatic advice has been invaluable throughout the process, ultimately helping us get a sale price we were very happy with. The entire team were extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any communication, especially Demi who helped keep things on track with the sale progression. The app to monitor progression was also very useful, and helped us feel in the in the loop with where things were at all the way through the process. AJP go above and beyond and we would certainly use their services again in future should we ever need it!

They take care of all of the referencing and tenancy agreements and are very reasonably priced for the work they do. I would highly recommend them.
