My expectation are to receive a very good service how those expectations are exceeded every time Reeds Rains update me on my sale of property. They look to complete things fast and with great service. My best choice for estate agencies is certainly Reeds Rains.

I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! Particular thanks to Ms. Daisy Spry who has arranged and managed several tenancy issues, as well as repairs and redecorations (also Debbie and Kirstey in the past) . We live in Australia so harder selling a house in the UK from the other side of the world but Demi and the team worked hard to find us a buyer in a difficult market and made the whole experience stress free.<br>They also helped move the sale along and dealt with many of the queries in our absence. Couldn’t be happier with their efforts and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

He was incredibly professional and thorough, taking the time to review everything carefully and making sure that nothing was overlooked. At the same time, he was warm, friendly and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience feel very personal and reassuring.<br><br>The customer service from both Tony and the office team was exceptional. Tony was incredibly dedicated and responsive, and even went out of his way to follow up our requests in his own time. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>It is rare these days to come across such a combination of professionalism, warmth, kindness and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. We are extremely grateful to Tony and the whole team and honestly feel indebted to them for everything they did.<br><br>A truly excellent experience. We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend Anthony Jones Estate Agents highly enough!

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!
