I'd have no problem recommending Robinsons to anyone looking for a local estate agent.

She was helpful throughout the whole process and very patient when we ran into a few hiccups with the house. Ellie always offered great advice and support, helping us get everything sorted. We can’t thank her enough for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agent.

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nice big branch. Seemed a bit understaffed, there was only one lady trying to serve some clients and answer the phone while I had to stand and wait. I gave up after 10 mins and listed with their competition who had plenty staff available and served me straight away.

14th May 2026 (30 days ago)I had a positive experience with the agency throughout my tenancy. Gail and Ryan were professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They carried out inspections efficiently, made it easy regarding the dates and times of inspections and kept me informed clearly throughout the process. Any queries were handled promptly, and the whole tenancy and move-out process was smooth. I’d happily recommend them.

From our first viewing - to making our offer - to obtaining the reams of necessary forms - to the completion of the sale, Simon and Dawn (and Nick, too) were a most pleasant, professional, and helpful team. They always kept the interests of their clients, the sellers, at the fore while also making us, the buyers, feel valued. They kept us informed along the way and provided a gentle nudge when needed to keep the process moving. To put it simply, they were brilliant. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The initial valuation made us feel very comfortable, a professional, low-pressure and well-researched approach. The listing was exactly as we’d hoped with great photography with a clear and honest description. The app used to keep us updated and informed on the property, viewings and feedback was easy to use and very helpful. One under offer the team were still in contact to keep us updated on progress from the buyers side and were always contactable by phone or email with any question we had. We would highly recommend Conway & Christie when coming to sell your property.
