Finally gave up and drove all the way back home only to find a message on our answerphone to say the viewing had been cancelled. Waste of time.

25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

The girls have provided unwavering support throughout and never hesitated to answer any questions or swiftly find the answer for me. I worked with the branches Mortgage Advisor, Alistair, who once again I cannot fault. Alistair was clear and thorough throughout to ensure that I understood all aspects of the process; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Rooks also referred me to 'Premier Property Lawyers' whom I've had a really positive experience with. My overall experience has been so positive and stress-free, what a wonderful team. Thank you!
18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.

28th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently completed the purchase of our property, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Matthew for all of his help throughout the process.<br><br>From our initial viewing through to completion, Matthew was always approachable, professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Buying a property can be stressful, but he kept us updated and was always willing to help where he could.<br><br>We did encounter an issue with the agreed fixtures and fittings just before completion due to an administrative error. Although it was understandably frustrating, Matthew was honest about what had happened, spoke directly with the seller, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication and willingness to help meant we were able to reach an agreement without delaying completion.<br><br>I’d particularly like to thank Matthew for his patience, professionalism and support throughout what was a long process. We really appreciated everything he did to help get our purchase over the finish line.<br><br>Thank you again, Matthew, and all the best for the future.

From the first contact I was reassured I’d chosen the right place and being a small company it was a lot more personable. The communication throughout was professional and I didn’t need to keep on top of things as everything was in hand and went smoothly. Thank you for such a great service.

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.

They helped me with both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home, and the whole process was efficient, seamless and stress-free.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, which made what can often be a very stressful process feel so much easier. The little gift and card we received when we went to collect the keys to our new property was also a lovely touch!<br><br>A fantastic team from start to finish — highly recommended!
