We could not have asked for any more form Lauren, Maddie and Eve Never complained and were with us all the way, through a very difficult sale with difficult solicitors and lower chain issues. The purchase was a breeze due to H&H’s relationship building. Thank you so very much from all of us, Kindest David, Amanda and Archie.

18th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We tried to rent a house together as brothers, and despite making it clear we are family — not unrelated sharers — the letting agent refused to take our details or consider us as joint tenants, saying they don’t allow sharers. It’s misleading and unprofessional to treat two siblings as “sharers” when UK housing definitions generally consider family members living together as one household. This left us confused and unable to progress our rental search. The agent gave no clear, lawful reason — just repeated refusal to engage properly. If you’re a family looking for a place together, be aware that this agency may misapply its own policies and potentially misinterpret basic housing law. I do not recommend them based on this experience.

17th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I saw a property, enquired, arranged a viewing, viewed the property and showed an interest. I asked the agent whats next and she said, I will discuss with the owner of the proerty and get back to me. After 3 days, sent a message asking if I like the property. I was confused, why? Because, I have already told you I like it. The next day, I called and she said I have to inform the owner. So I asked, does it usually take this long? She said, the owner is just being careful. I thought about it severally and just did not understand the whole saga but now its more clearer.

That’s where I met an amazing and exceptional woman named Rebecca, the team’s Mortgage Services Manager. From the moment we spoke, I connected with her straight away. She took all my anxieties and worries away by providing clear, detailed information about mortgages, affordability, and the entire process as a first?time buyer. She explained everything with patience and care, making sure I understood each step. Rebecca is truly remarkable. She made me feel at ease and supported me throughout the journey of purchasing the property of my choice. She has been flexible, polite, patient, informative, and always accessible whenever I needed guidance. I also want to thank Josh and Ellie, two of the agents I worked with while searching for a property. They were professional, informative, accessible, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend William H Brown in Wellingborough. The team’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication made a world of difference :)
20th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold and purchased our home through O’Riordan Bond (East Hunsbury and Grange Park branch), and the service we received was outstanding from start to finish. Emma made the conveyancing process so much easier, she kept me sane throughout! She was always on hand with updates, went above and beyond, and truly delivered on everything she promised. Lee was fantastic in handling the mortgage side of things. Even when our children were present during appointments, he was patient and engaging with them, which made a big difference. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy. Joe... without Joe, none of this would have happened. He is an exceptional agent. He consistently kept us informed with detailed feedback after viewings and was always proactive with updates. When we viewed properties with Joe, his knowledge was incredible, from boiler service history to even which way the sun rises and sets. Viewing with him really boosted our confidence in the branch. We also had viewings with the Grange Park team and received the same high level of service. Our questions were always answered, and the viewings were informative and engaging. We viewed many houses during our search and dealt with most agents across Northampton and O’Riordan Bond truly stood out above the rest. If you are looking to sell or purchase a home, I would highly recommend O’Riordan Bond.

- 24th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely disgraceful. Easily the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.

Their communication was fantastic, the whole process was smooth and easy, they went above and beyond to assist us with any queries, they were friendly, honest and quite frankly, excellent all round. We will be returning when the time comes to sell our next home and to purchase another. I cannot thank you all enough.

So I chose Ellis Brooke to market my home for me. The whole process was prompt and efficient, with impressive photography and details, which quickly attracted viewings and offers, leading to a sale. All through the process I felt supported by Paul whose calm, practical approach was exactly right. If your buying, I’d reach out to them, if your selling, get in touch as the experience they give prospective buyers will result in the best outcome you could get, a sale, as when people get the service we got from initial enquiry through to completion, they will see it’s the best estate agent experience ever. So personable, nothing was a problem, they were always happy to help and so responsive. Can’t fault them! Thank you guys
