6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

George and his team dealt with me in a friendly, professional manner- they managed to secure viewings and then a buyer quickly. I achieved the price they advised and have been very easy to communicate with throughout.

I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. It’s a good firm.
6th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Savills is the management company of the Elms Parade car park and Westway Place Church Way - Botley, both parking lots managed by Smart Parking, company which has been frequently not fulfilling Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (POFA 2012) and still sending parking charge notice to customers of the Elms Parade shops. It's outrageous how a management company still allow such scam to happen in their managed premisses. Just look on Google and you can see how many people have been scammed by Smart Parking. It is disgusting.
14th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)My friend and I have both rented with JCP, and while my experience was okay (which I put down to having a conscientious landlord rather than any doing of the agents themselves), I am giving a one star review because of the terrible experience of my friend with JCP and their landlord, who is the director of JCP. On leaving the property, the landlord tried to claim double the amount of the deposit in damages for false reports they had made on the final condition of the property. This was completely unjustified and was made especially painful considering the already existing issues with the property that the landlord failed to engage with them on throughout the tenancy; this all caused significant stress to my friend. I would not recommend JCP in the future because of this

From the initial valuation, speedy marketing, prompt arrangement of viewings and remarkably quick offer of the asking price, the whole process was swift, professional and efficient. 13th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
