Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.
6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

Even when Paul was understandable distracted with unforeseen family matters, he remained in communication and showed great commitment and returned calls to make the entire process straightforward. Thank you Paul, we know it was a difficult time for you & family but you remained available and professional. The entire Paul Pieri Team did an excellent job. Thank you again. 11th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)A few days ago, I visited a rental property and had a friendly conversation with Louise Pasker, the Lettings & Valuations Manager. We explored the house and talked about various topics. She promised to send my partner and I the necessary form, but she never did. My partner and I spoke more about the property the following day to weigh the pros and cons of the property. We were hesitant to commit to a home without thorough consideration. After really thinking it through and not just taking the property to have a home. Not one we didn’t find suited. It is unfortunate that Louise Pasker failed to provide the requested paperwork (if we were interested which last she heard we possibly interested) and did not respond to my partner’s email the day after. It is possible that she is experiencing annoyance, illness, or is part-time. In the event of illness, emails should be passed over to another colleague. If she is part-time, emails should also be passed over too. Regardless of her circumstances, it is unprofessional to: 1. Not reply to an email (in the email my partner also asked if they’re any other properties they have) 2. To not even send the forms she said she’d do Also, my partner sent another email today. Asking if Louise had seen the last email. Had no reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore someone’s emails that is asking questions.

24th May 2026 (30 days ago)Mark David were the obvious choice for us when we decided to put our 2yr old house on the market, because we already knew Michael Beard there and he had a huge amount of experience with our property and the new estate. It soon became clear that all the staff were incredibly helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Our sale took almost 11 months due to some complications and a special thanks you to Michael and Sarah Morris who kept us informed constantly and worked tirelessly chasing solicitors and other estate agents. We can’t thank Mark David enough and recommend them without hesitation.
22nd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)A faultless experience with Brecon & Brecon Oxford. George and his team dealt with me in a friendly, professional manner- they managed to secure viewings and then a buyer quickly. I achieved the price they advised and have been very easy to communicate with throughout.

I felt that when meeting with the various agents recommended by get agent, he arrived prepared with information about my house and a strategy. A good and patient communicator throughout what can be a tricky project. Everyone i spoke with at the agency was like this. It’s a good firm.

14th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)My friend and I have both rented with JCP, and while my experience was okay (which I put down to having a conscientious landlord rather than any doing of the agents themselves), I am giving a one star review because of the terrible experience of my friend with JCP and their landlord, who is the director of JCP. On leaving the property, the landlord tried to claim double the amount of the deposit in damages for false reports they had made on the final condition of the property. This was completely unjustified and was made especially painful considering the already existing issues with the property that the landlord failed to engage with them on throughout the tenancy; this all caused significant stress to my friend. I would not recommend JCP in the future because of this- 3rd Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)If it wasn't for Max and his team I am not sure I would have managed my sale and purchase. We had a rough time with Solicitors and Max guided us through all of it. I have already passed his details onto friends and family and they are also very pleased with the service they are getting. Talk about going the extra mile I am glad Max was on our team!

A big thank you to the team at Hunter, especially Jenny, who was incredibly thoughtful and professional throughout. From the very beginning right through to completion, she was always patient, responsive, and happy to answer all my questions, which made me feel very reassured. The whole team worked efficiently and communicated clearly at every stage, and I could really feel their care and dedication. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
