Adams advice on the selling price, marketing strategy and offers has been excellent and a true testiment to his knowldge. I get a very personal service you can only find in an Independent agency. 16th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Our tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others. Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare. Key issues included: Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door. The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security. The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit. Critical repairs being ignored for weeks. Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.

Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far
