Wasn’t an easy sell as we had a kind of marmite place; you either loved it or hated it. Great communication from the team throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again if were to sell another property.

1st Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Theresa has been absolutely wonderful, and the entire team at the Teignmouth office have been nothing short of legends.<br><br>Over the past two years, I’ve dealt with many letting agencies and, unfortunately, had more bad experiences than good. Dart & Partners have been a refreshing exception. They have been kind, responsive, professional, and, above all, genuinely human. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated as a person rather than just another bank account.<br><br>They went above and beyond to help me find a home, and despite the incredibly competitive rental market, they found the perfect house that ticked every single box on my wish list. What impressed me most was that they actually listened to what I wanted. Not a single other agent I dealt with did that.<br><br>I can’t recommend Theresa and the whole team at Dart & Partners highly enough. Thank you for making what is normally a stressful experience such a positive one

9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Average, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc<br>Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc<br>Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing<br>Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days<br>Would never go with a huge chain like this again
3rd Aug 2026 (7 days ago)My partner and I recently sold our property and bought a new property, both through Mather.<br><br>From day one on viewing the property we were interested in (with Tom), we had such a great experience. Tom’s knowledge of the property and area was perfect and he gave us all of the information we asked for. We didn’t even have our house on the market at the time and they still agreed to a viewing.<br><br>I then dealt with Luke with the sale of our house. Luke was extremely professional and understanding of our young baby in the house. He took great photos and the property brochure perfectly represented our home. Luke was a constant contact through the entire process of selling and buying and we couldn’t have done it without his expertise and advice.<br><br>Donna was our main contact at Mather and she was just amazing. Donna kept us updated with every single part of the process and would answer the phone and reply to emails within a couple of minutes. She even came into work on her day off to make sure our exchange went smoothly. She is obviously incredible hard-working, as are all of the Mather team.<br><br>Thank you all so much for helping us move home. Couldn’t recommend Mather more.

Steve was great at showing me properties and gave me some good advice. He knew what I was after and found the perfect property for me. Emma has helped me every step of the way and always dealt with emails promptly. It has been such a smooth process I will always recommend Lawson Rose to everyone I know.

Routine inspections and communications were handled efficiently, and the tenancy was managed well overall. They have been really responsive whenever we’ve had issues that have required a contractor to be sent out.<br><br>We particularly appreciated their flexibility whilst we were trying to coordinate moving dates, so thank you to Shelley, Ana and the rest of the team.

From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding.<br>Every member of the team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.<br>Communication was exceptional – we were kept regularly updated at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>A special thank you to Jack, Chanel, Emma, Kerrie and of course Katie herself. James checking in regularly to see how things were carrying on and had impeccable communication skills. He came with a wealth of knowledge about the local community that we were moving into and gave some great insights into schools and local clubs for our children. We are very happy with our new purchase and cannot wait to make long lasting memories together as a family.

If those words resonate with you when searching for an Estate Agent then choose Jacob Steel, Lancing!<br>Having moved many times over the years I can honestly say that Ross is exceptional. Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! A difficult situation moving from UK to France and all the bits in between but you did it!!<br>Bon continuation ??????
