The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

Symon Pettifer-Back supported us throughout the sale of our flat, while Kevin Keehan guided us through the purchase of our house. We had previously worked with Symon when we bought our flat, so we knew we were in good hands.<br><br>Buying and selling property is rarely straightforward, but Symon and Kevin were always proactive in keeping things moving, regularly chasing solicitors and the other parties in the chain to ensure progress throughout both the sale and purchase. Despite there being challenges with Sage homes where it was a shared ownership sale, I found their team to be very helpful and professional. Isabella and Braden did an excellent job marketing the property and Keira Harrison was supportive and proactive throughout the sale. Her communication was excellent in helping the sale to complete smoothly.
