There were a few issues at the property due to it being an older property however everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently.<br>I would have no hesitation on recommending them. I also dealt with the sales team when the property was sold and they were both kind and considerate.<br>Great estate agents.<br>Thank you<br>Paula

After speaking with several estate agents who spent more time criticising each other than explaining what they could offer, we weren’t feeling optimistic as first time sellers.<br><br>Lang Town & Country completely transformed our experience. Our consultation with Paul was outstanding — he arrived well?prepared, knew the area inside out, and had clearly done his research. His advice was honest, unbiased, and focused entirely on what he and his team could deliver. He helped us understand the market and built a clear, strategic plan for listing our home. It was the first time we felt genuinely confident & supported by an estate agent.<br><br>We signed with them immediately, and within just a couple of weeks our house was sold. Everyone has been amazing from The 3 Amigos Piers, Harrison & Jude to all the office staff especially Jodie & Debs.<br>We didn't get down to pick keys up till 7pm & Debs stayed in office till then so we could get into our new home. Although he was the estate agent for the house we were buying, he genuinely went above and beyond and felt like he was our own estate agent during the sale of our home too. Moving house was incredibly stressful, but Ed was always there to keep us updated, chase things when needed, answer our questions, and reassure us whenever we were worried. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the whole process. We're so grateful for all of Ed's hard work and support in helping us get into our new home. They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!
