She was friendly, engaging and really easy to talk to, but most importantly actually listened and took the time to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>She explained the application process and fees really clearly, answered all my questions and followed up exactly when she said she would. The sale wasn't straightforward thanks to some family complications but they handled it all with confidence & professionalism. Paul & Natalie in particular were very pleasant to deal with. Their marketing, video & photography was well done & helped secure a sale at the right price in very good time, so I'm a very happy client. If I were ever buying or selling a property in the area again, I know who I'd go to first.

We easily made the decision to go with Palmer Snell on Canford Heath. Shahob Sayaran was very informative and explained our options well. He also said he and his team would have a buyer within 3 weeks and he came through! We were pleased with our advert and photos, which were very professional.
