12th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)A number of people had told me that Boyce Brixham were the worst estate agents in the town. I didn't believe it until I experienced it myself. The after sales experience is awful. Once exchange of contracts had taken place they could not have helped any less. They have a limit of 5 visits to the property between the offer being accepted and completion. As this took a total of 5 months this was not helpful. We also had to clear the property of furniture and they would not allow us access to dispose of it ahead of completion despite promises. I suggest using someone else.

During that time I've used a number of different residential letting agents most of whom have been breathtakingly average on their good days. The team at Pearsons do not belong to this group. They are good. They are professional. They are easy to deal with. They have my unreserved thanks and I recommend them without reservation.
3rd Aug 2026 (7 days ago)In the market where house sales take forever, solicitors are dormant and no one ever informs you about anything without chasing - choose Palmer Snell for such immortal life event as buying or selling your property. Seriously, nothing is too much of an ask for these guys - they follow up, communicate, find solutions, negotiate and deliver consistently. We worked with Ellis, Sid and Matthew have been an absolute pleasure to work with, very proffesional and exceptional at what they do. Could not recommend Palmer Snell highly enough. Thank you
