21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I recently sold my property through Sian and rented out another through Alex. The service I received throughout was excellent. The team were professional, responsive, and supportive from start to finish, keeping us informed at every stage of the process. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they worked hard to ensure the sale and rental progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling and renting a property can often be stressful, but their guidance and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout. I are very grateful for all of their help and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

Everything was clearly explained, and communication was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable letting agent.

She was at the property in time, showed us around, discussed the potential of the property and helped us visualise what could be done. She gave us time and even called to find out how we wanted to proceed. She was very professional, expert at her job and courteous. Wish all estate agents were like that. Thanks Louise. Good luck!

26th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I highly recommend Comber & Co. I competed today on the sale of my mother’s house. I worked with the founder and owner Jeremy Comber throughout. His knowledge of property in Blackheath is remarkable. He project-managed to get the house to market including decorating and cleaning. He is a delight to work with, always available along with his team. He judged the price perfectly and the house was sold 7 weeks after going on the market. Fantastic personal service, support the independent businesses.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.- 16th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Simon, Annabel & Team From the very first meeting with Simon, I felt completely at ease about the whole selling process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made what can be a very overwhelming experience feel manageable. Throughout, he kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. I was then assigned Annabel as my handler, and she was absolutely fantastic. She supported me through all the ups and downs both the happy and stressful moments and was always there when I needed guidance or reassurance. The process itself wasn’t easy, which was no fault of mine or Fox & Sons, but the team truly went above and beyond. They kept me consistently updated, chased when needed, and showed real dedication to getting the sale over the line. My only concern throughout the process was the solicitor firm recommended/used alongside the sale which the buyer was using. Unfortunately, my experience with them was very poor and added a significant amount of stress. Communication was lacking, and at times it felt like there were unnecessary delays, which made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I would strongly suggest Fox & Sons review the solicitors they work with for future sales. That said, the team Simon has built in Polegate is outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again for everything!
1st Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

Glenn, Michelle and their brilliant team go above and beyond when dealing with any queries, in finding the right tenant and helping to look after your property. We have been using Martins with our rental properties for 25 years and we couldn’t recommend them more. We have recently sold 2 properties too through Martins and it has been a very smooth process, helped by using their recommended solicitor, Laurie Buckham at Bucksford Law who has also been brilliant. Thank you all at Martins Estates and Sales you do a phenomenal job and we are sad to not be needing your services anymore! It’s been a great quarter of a century!

30th May 2026 (30 days ago)I've had dealings with quite a few managing agents over the years and sadly I've not been very impressed with their services. Novus seems to be an exception. We engaged them to manage our small block of flats and from the start they have been excellent. They answer emails very quickly and are empathetic to our needs. They are polite and efficient. They genuinely seem to want to help us and the block. We've been using them for 4 months now and I can't really fault them on anything. It's a refreshing change to the usual slow response and indifferent reaction from many other managing agents on the market. I'm very happy to recommend Novus to anyone else looking for a new managing agent.
