From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

He has great knowledge of the area and surrounding areas and his advice was helpful in us making the right decisions.<br>He advised on my sale as well as my daughter and son in law’s sale and we could not have been happier with the advice we were given. Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

4th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)Great estate agents! We recently sold our house through Carr Williams. Connor and his team were great! They gave honest feedback, unlike some estate agents, and supported us throughout the process, which at times was very stressful. Connor regularly gave us updates and reassured us. We have now moved out of the area but if we were still in Ascot and going to sell our house again then Carr Williams would be our first choice of estate agents every time. Thank you so much for all your efforts and getting us to the end!

10th May 2022 (4 years ago)1st Choice a friendly family run business always maintained excellent communication which I really liked, if I had any problem weekday, weekend, or on a holiday, Kelly would reply back to my messages for support very quickly and same day. When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.
