8th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)We had a really positive experience with Litchfields Temple Fortune, especially with Gideon and Elia.<br><br>They made the whole rental process smooth and quick for us, and what we really appreciated was that their support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed.<br><br>After moving in, we had a few personal requests regarding some changes, repairs and installations at the property. Elia in particular was extremely helpful and followed everything up closely to make sure the work was arranged and completed.<br><br>Another big positive for us has been their communication. They are always easy to reach, responsive and quick to come back to us whenever we have a question or need something sorted.<br><br>A big thank you to both Gideon and Elia for all their help and support. We’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend Litchfields Temple Fortune.

12th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I've been a tenant with Capital Homes for almost 10 years, and I just wanted to leave a review regarding George, who has helped me tremendously with my maintenance issues.<br><br>There were some hiccups when it came to refurbishing my home because I was still occupying the property, but thankfully, George came through for me. I now practically have a brand new house!<br><br>I'm so happy and thankful for George's hard work, dedication, and commitment to ensuring that my children and I have a beautiful place to call home. His help and support have made such a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything he has done for us.<br><br>My children and I are going to have a lovely Christmas in our new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. 27th May 2026 (17 weeks ago)We requested a valuation. The person who came to visit our property was despondent and showed no interest what so ever in our questions. We were given no information on how the estate agency works the fees. Just a pamphlet show similar properties sold in our area. These were from other estate agents, so the moment they left I arranged for them to visit. Already had fabulous service and communication from the other estate agencies. Awful. Would not want them selling my property. Total lack of enthusiasm and information.

22nd Apr 2026 (22 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

Having rented multiple other properties previously with different agents, we can confidently say that Martin & Co are the best letting agents we have ever dealt with as tenants. They are friendly, highly approachable and attentive. Any issues we had with our property were swiftly dealt with. The property management is organised by the staff in the local office, meaning communication and organisation was so easy. They have also always been respectful of our busy lives and we feel they really cared about our experience as tenants. We would highly recommend renting a property through them and would also think they are an excellent agent to use as a landlord for property management. A refreshing experience!

From viewing the flat to moving out, they were always attentive and responsive, and made you feel like you weren’t just another tenant.<br><br>Particular shout out to Lina, Derek and Matthew who made the moving out process so smooth when I had to (v sadly) move out of my flat. They clearly explained everything I needed to do and made what could have been a stressful process feel completely hassle-free.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Porters to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely helpful estate agent!

After meeting with several estate agents, it was clear that Luke was the right person to handle our sale. He quickly understood the property, set out a clear strategy, and impressed us with his honesty, flexibility, and ambition.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, with Luke always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Tiffany was also a pleasure to work with, helping with viewings and queries, while Mark provided great support whenever Luke was away.<br><br>We accepted an offer within days, and despite a few inevitable hurdles before completion, the process was smooth overall thanks to Luke and the team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Merrifield to anyone looking to move in the area.

Would highly recommend mainly due to the strong communication. They also went out of their way to show me other properties in the area to compare which helped.

Joshua was really well informed about the local area and had the perfect plan of action to find the right buyers, multiple offers and achieved over asking. The portal and updates for viewings worked well for us this was seamless. Jake was also great in giving us help when it came to navigating the offers and next steps. The team kept in touch throughout the progress of the sale and we felt like everything was kept on track. The team were all friendly and enthusiastic throughout which was much appreciated. Thank you!

He knew what he knew, and if there was something he didn’t, he’d find out for us. He’s been incredibly proactive and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do to help us purchase our new home.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t recommend Oliver and Hossein highly enough.
