Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly, and communication was generally smooth and reliable. I would be happy to recommend them ??????
4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

From the outset working with Seamus has been a very easy process - he intuitively understood our property & was extremely communicative & detailed re viewings & feedback & the handling of the post-offer admin has been exemplary. Reliable, honest, hard working & very personable - we feel very fortunate to have worked with you Seamus, thank you!

20th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)2020 9th Sept. Martin from CARSONS came to value our property in Northfield, Lightwater. "Realistic selling price £550k" (as we needed to sell quickly as we had our hopes on buying another property). 14th Sept photographs and plan completed 15th Sept, sales negotiators all came so they knew what they’d be talking about on accompanied viewings 15 Sept p.m. property went live Between the 17th & 22nd we had 14 viewings (+ another two 2nd viewings) we had 7 offers from 4 parties. We accepted final offer on the 23rd and completed in December....... Well done CARSONS. Comparing that experience when two years earlier we were tied in to a 22 week contract with another Estate Agent who falsely raise sellers hopes of achieving a higher price than they’d originally expected (presumedly to get the contract) and saying they had many viewings lined up = 3 in three weeks and 5 in six weeks! Suggested reducing the asking price by 5% after three weeks (a very common practise for them). Contract selling fees incorrect and sale board not erected for weeks. Their staff didn’t know what they are talking about and repeatedly told lies .....And more importantly THEY DONT SELL THE PROPERTY WHEN THEY NEED TO....pretty rubbish really!

They have always resolved tenancy and maintenance issues in a prompt and thorough manner, with good, open communication. I have felt very well supported. A 5 star service all round!

Cameron, who showed us around, was polite, professional, and well organised throughout. He answered all of our questions clearly and provided the information we needed without hesitation. Overall, we found the viewing to be smooth, informative, and genuinely excellent

It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

29th May 2026 (27 days ago)One of the worst letting agencies I’ve dealt with in London. Extremely unprofessional, very unresponsive, and careless when it comes to handling tenant issues. Communication is poor and getting anything resolved takes forever. I would not recommend anyone to rent through Jhons in London. There are far better agencies out there that actually care about their tenants.

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

27th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)We were greatly disappointed as a potential buyer dealing with this estate agent. We had travelled some 60 miles and taken a ferry to the Isle of Wight to view a property in Newport. We had booked an appointment for 2pm. We arrived at 2:10pm. Without any courtesy call or email to chase on our whereabouts (we were delayed by the ferry - and the agent Laura knew we were on the mainland) I had to call her five times at which point she told me she left the property as she had another appointment. She was rude, offered no alternative appointment and appeared just not to care. Clearly had a higher commission viewing elsewhere.

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!
