23rd Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Ref: TSJ-46775317
We had an 18 month search for a property in and around Dartmouth. We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou
16th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Very friendly and professional. Thank you to Nesha and Sarah for helping us through the sale of our father's house. We were kept fully informed every step of the way.

From that initial viewing right through to completion, he was always available and completely transparent. It genuinely felt like we were part of the same team. His focus on honesty, collaboration, and clear communication extended not just to us, but to the sellers and both sets of solicitors as well.
In short, Jamie set the tone for an incredibly smooth, positive, and stress-free transaction for everyone involved.
Thank you so much to Jamie and the whole team at Luscombe Maye's Salcombe office — we are incredibly grateful!
Pete & Fiona
