No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. - 3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We’ve had a fantastic experience with Marchand Petit, and in particular Kandi and Eloise, throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>This was our first experience of buying a new build, and we decided to purchase off-plan, so naturally there was a lot we didn’t know about the process. We first started speaking with Kandi and Eloise before the development was even out of the ground, and they were incredibly helpful from those very early conversations right through to our purchase.<br><br>They have both been professional, approachable and extremely knowledgeable, always taking the time to answer our questions and guide us through the process. Their communication has been excellent, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Buying off-plan for the first time could have been a daunting experience, but Kandi and Eloise made the whole process feel straightforward and gave us real confidence along the way. We’ve really appreciated their honest advice and the time they’ve taken to understand what we were looking for as a family.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marchand Petit, Kandi and Eloise to anyone looking to buy a property. We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

Then once we had a buyer they really made the difference, staying focused and helping us, and our solicitors, to iron out all the inevitable problems that develop during the process of reaching exchange. We couldn't speak highly enough about them and will certainly use them again in future if we ever have the need.
