She was incredibly helpful from start to finish — always available to answer our many questions, took every call with patience, and even went out of her way to arrange access for our decorator. She was instrumental in helping the transaction move forward quickly and smoothly, and her support made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.

I had a property viewing confirmed by phone and email, but when I arrived at the property, the agency cancelled the appointment at the last minute. They gave inconsistent reasons for the cancellation, which was frustrating and disrespectful of my time. As someone actively looking for a place to rent, I expect basic professionalism and proper communication. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite.
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We engaged Century 21 to sell a leasehold flat in Pimlico. There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.
15th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Disappointing and will not trust them again.
23rd Feb 2026 (26 days ago)My experience as a landlord with First Capital and Passion Property Group has been extremely stressful and disappointing. After serving a valid Notice to Quit (NTQ), the property should have been returned to me at the end of the tenancy. Despite this, they have refused to hand back possession. Even after Croydon Council confirmed they would remove the tenant, I have continued to face resistance. In my experience, housing law has been incorrectly cited to justify keeping my property beyond the agreed tenancy end date. Rent payments have repeatedly been made late, causing unnecessary financial strain. I have also been charged for repairs that I was never informed about beforehand, despite the contract clearly stating that they are liable for such repairs. The lack of communication and transparency has been deeply concerning. I am particularly dissatisfied with the conduct of Nathan Hancox, the General Manager, who in my experience has stood in the way of resolving matters efficiently. I feel both the resident and I, as the landlord, have been let down. I would also like to mention Stirling Ackroyd, the estate agency in South Norwood that introduced me to this arrangement. Throughout this situation, I have found them unresponsive, unsupportive, and unwilling to assist in resolving the issues. As a property owner, this has added significant hardship and stress to my life. Based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Overall, I would strongly advise other landlords to exercise extreme caution before entering into agreements with these companies.

She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

15th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Appalling ethics on selling a property we wanted to purchase...we stuck with this company for 5 months only for them to advise the sellers to relist due to not wanting to wait 6-8 weeks more on us getting a lease extension sorted on our property after all the fees we had paid out and comprising we'd done the sellers chose to take another offer from first time buyers....we all was 99% there so as said very poor guidence ethics would never trust this estate agents ever again...disgusting time wasters to be quite honest...... Les....let's be very clear here...was NOT 4 to 5 months it would have been 6 to 8 weeks and possibly as little as 15 days we was prepared to pay for a fast track on this extension..this wasn't a deed of variation was just a lease extension and fees were agreed from our part so maybe your a little confused...but to be fair your just an estate agent..so clearly the information wasn't put forward to the sellers clearly enough...so we dont blame them at all for mis information given to them..but starting a new contract which clearly will take longer then 6 to 8 weeks probably more(4 to 6 months again)doesn't in my view seem sensible giving that they are worried about paying bills going forward..understand someone is a family friend at your letting agency and would like to think this wasn't due to a higher offer that made this decision...anyhow very bad practice is the only way I seem this has played out... Let's just put this down to miss information and draw a line under it... Not angry not upset just disappointed as we was all so close..... ..... Thankyou les I appreciate that...I guess things in life happen for a reason... Unfortunately the time frame that was needed/expected was out of our hands...same to you all the best ??????

Aidan went out of his way to facilitate things, especially helping my mum who is 82, taking things round for her to sign, and visiting the property on a Sunday to make sure everything was in place.
