It was a pleasure to be dealing with an intelligent, helpful and knowledgeab le person. My buyers benefited from Charlotte's expert guidance. Her concientious professional approach, especially monitoring solicitor's progress and ensuring any issues were swiftly resolved, made the whole process proceed smoothly.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)My cousin called the lettings office to arrange a viewing for a rental property. A female answered the phone and she said: we are organising viewings at 7pm for this property. You can go there and the tenant will show you arround, You should make sure you get there tonight because it is cheap and it will go quick. The property was indeed £150 under the market rent of similar properties in the area. When I heard this I thought to myself: this is a letting agent who cant be bothered to attend their own viewings and the purposely advertise under the market rent so the flat rents quick without them leaving their office ( the building was 5 mins from their office ) regardless of the fact that the landlord who has a mortgage will get much less than other landlords in the area get for similar properties . I never heard of such a lazy letting agent . I just dont think is safe for a tenant to attend a lettings viewing without the estate agent , the tenant in the property could be a maniac with an agressive dog left alone with the viewer.

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)As a tenent with Tennison Property over the last ten years, I always found them a very professional and friendly letting agency. They were efficient and considerate when issues needed to be addressed and always gave plenty of notice if a visit was necessary for maintenance or utility or property inspection. I can highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable letting agency.

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)First let then sold a property through maritime properties. They dealt with the while process and kept me informed at all times. Much better than other estate agents that I have dealt with.- 10th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)While the initial engagement was positive things went downhill. The listing was incorrect on some portals and the links to the virtual tour broken. This took numerous calls to get sorted. Communication back to me following viewings was poor and despite requests for statistics regarding online adverts I only received a basic summary as a one off.
31st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)I selected Dexters as I had bought the flat from them 8 years ago in Charlton and was impressed by the service I received from Demie and Maria. However the staff has completely changed since and it feels like it’s run by not so experienced people. Lot of communication errors , not following up on time . Many times I got a feeling my flat was not the priority and weekly calls felt like “tick in the box” calls where it was clearly apparent the agent was multitasking raffling papers in background while having conversation. No single point of contact who is selling the flat, being passed around agent to agent. It was evident that the communication within the team wasn’t there which affected the sale . I would not recommend dexters .

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

Charlotte took time to understand my key points of what I was looking for in a house to ensure the viewings were relevant and efficient use of my time. A true delight to work with and I would recommend Charlotte as an agent to anyone looking for their next property.

17th Sep 2026 (0 days ago)Our initial conversations with Chris were very positive. However, once the price was agreed and we decided to proceed, our experience changed considerably. We were passed over to Andy, who recommended his solicitor to the seller, which in our experience contributed to the process being delayed by several weeks. We then faced further uncertainty regarding the shape and extent of the land, including being informed that what we were purchasing appeared to differ from the Land Registry documents. Naturally, this led to further questions and discussions from our side. Unfortunately, during one of these conversations, Andy became extremely rude and made comments that I would not wish any buyer to hear. Purchasing a home is already an emotional and stressful process, and I would expect an estate agent to understand that and communicate with buyers professionally and respectfully, particularly when there are genuine concerns about what is actually being purchased. The only reason we continued with the purchase was because we had built a very good relationship directly with the seller. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this estate agent unless you have very limited alternatives.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
