3rd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

27th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I've just bought my first flat through Mann Estates and right from the very first viewing they were unbelievably helpful and supportive. The entire team I had the pleasure of meeting were fantastic, but Eve Charrosin and Taylor Lelliot were right there the whole time and always doing everything in their power to help move the process along. They were absolutely phenomenal and so friendly and patient at all times; they were happy to explain everything and to give time to think about things - there was never any pressure to move forwards until I was ready! When one flat I'd been hoping to buy didn't work out, Eve immediately looked around for other similar properties, and one of her suggestions is the one I've ultimately purchased. Taylor managed to get me a great mortgage rate and they both kept me updated through the entire process so I always felt I knew what was happening from their end! It was really easy to get in touch at any time - someone always answered the phone within a few rings and everyone was always so friendly and helpful, and emails were always answered really quickly. I'm so grateful for all the hard work Mann Estates/Eve put in and every bit of extra work she did with chasing to get my sale through. Thank you!

Buying a property can feel overwhelming, but Stephen never rushes you. He takes the time to understand your needs, answers questions clearly, and makes himself available when you need reassurance. What really stands out is that he listens carefully and tries to see things from your perspective, which makes the whole process feel far more manageable. He is professional, patient, and clearly loves what he does — and that shows in the way he supports his clients. Five stars without hesitation
16th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Very impressed and grateful to Richard Harding estate agents who managed the sale of our property. We spoke to several other agents known for their premium listings and wider geographical reach, but ultimately chose Richard Harding for several reasons. Firstly, we were keen for a prompt off market sale but not at the cost of compromising the sale price - their extensive list and knowledge of existing potential buyers (which far exceeded that of the other agents) meant they were able to identify genuine, suitable and proceedable buyers, ultimately meaning we had a very good offer within a week that proceeded to completion. Secondly, we agreed small sales team to conduct viewings, all of whom had visited the property before it was marketed and were familiar with all the fittings, selling points and nuances to give the property the best chance of a sale. Having secured a buyer, I was also very impressed with the proactive approach to move the sale process along and to smoothly manage the inevitable blips along the way. Huge credit to Ben Murray-Brown, who was handling our sale on behalf of Richard Harding, who was relentlessly efficient, kept me updated throughout, is an excellent read of character (very important when ensuring everyone on all sides of the sales process is on the same page) and was a pleasure to work with. In respect of my onward property purchase, Ben was also excellent at translating my 'on paper' requirements into worthwhile viewings, and was an honest and helpful sounding board when considering pros, cons and development ideas.

13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Had a great experience with Faiz when responding to an ad on SpareRoom it was quickly arranged and the entire process explained in a professional and respectful manner. Made a holding deposit for one of their rooms in Bethnal Green that same day. Due to work commitments I was unable to further pursue the room the experience was great and will contact them again should things change in the future! If you are looking for a new place to rent these guys are highly recommended, good vibes, integrity and professionalism all the way. Mind that this review is my personal honest (genuine) experience with Faiz but I think I can safely say that there are some real shady people out there so to encounter an honest agency like these guys the choice is simple. 11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. We arranged a viewing and it was cancelled twice, and that too an hour before. Marley was rude and unapologetic. I would think twice before selling or buying from this agent!
28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fuse box was burning and nothing was done after reporting several times, had to call fire brigade 2 days later, whereby they confirmed it was still a massive fire risk (Truepennys did not act when 15 people’s lives were at risk due to a serious fire hazard). I was put in a temporary room with no power, light, heating during cold temperatures outside (I was freezing - -1 degrees outside) - and instead of helping they ceased to act on my behalf, and cancelled the contract. This left me with no one to communicate with, as they refused to speak to me on the phone from thereon after. I was left in a flat with no power and me and my girlfriend had to sleep at a friend’s house, as it did not seem safe but TruePennys didn’t care. The directors refused to speak to me after agreeing to call me back 5 times - truly shameful and Truepennys should be really disappointed with how they treat people. They never reply on emails or on the phone. They are now refusing to release my security deposit and ignoring emails. This along with mice issues, bathroom smells and dodgy fridges and ovens which were reported for the entirety of our tenancy and nothing was done. However, not responding to a life threatening incident is disgusting by all accounts.
13th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I recently sold my house in Hemel and I can't recommend Orchid enough - and one person in particular: Jacob. He was on board throughout the whole process - from valuation and viewings, liaising with other agents, right through to the final sale. It makes a huge difference dealing with one person, and he was always on hand to answer my (sometimes quite daft!) questions and to offer advice. He was realistic, professional and always sensitive to my needs and requirements. He 's also an extremely nice guy - which always helps! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the quick sale of my house meant I was able to purchase my new home much more easily. I have already recommended Jacob and Orchid to friends and family in the area and I have no hesitation in spreading the word further afield. So thank you Orchid.. And thank you Jacob!
