31st Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had to keep chasing them . Over valued it by 50,000 then wanted me to keep dropping. No real concrete feed back . Very miss leading about offers instead of waiting for offers officially tell you one is been made to never materialize.

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.

From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Tiarnae is a real credit to the South Croydon branch and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised.<br><br>We would highly recommend Tiarnae and Salal to anyone buying or selling a home. 14th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I handled the sale of my son in law's (lives abroad) flat through Hunters in Catford. Richard, the manager valued the property and advised us on the approach to take in view of the current market conditions. A couple of viewings took place and eventually one of the prospective purchaser's made an offer and after some negotiation Richard managed to get us the best deal possible under the circumstances. After accepting the offer, Brenda Erskine-Sam the Sales Support Manager took over the case and did a brilliant job in getting the transaction over the line. The staff at Hunters were very helpful throughout a rather difficult transaction. A big thank you to Richard, Brenda and the team.- 28th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found them excellent. They were exceptionally attentive, patient, and made the whole interaction feel seamless. They took the time to listen, address every question with care, and were wonderfully personable throughout.<br>It is rare to find service that is both highly professional and so genuinely warm and approachable. Thank you both for such fantastic support!
4th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)We had our flat on the market with Dexter's for the exclusivity period. During that time we were passed between 3 contacts at Dexter's. The first agent left within a week or two of taking our property on, put little effort into the marketing of the property resulting in a poor advert and poor viewings. The second agent was much better, rectified many mistakes and did find us a buyer. The buyer sadly pulled out, but by this point the second agent at Dexter's had also moved on. It took 3 days for us to hear of the news of the buyer falling through and a further week for the agent to actually make any contact with us. We found out the buyer had pulled out from our estate agent from the property we were purchasing calling our solicitors and asking for an update. Dexter's in my opinion were an appalling service. We put out flat on the market with another agent and had a brilliant offer, from a truly lovely couple within a few weeks. I wish I'd gone with the data in GetAgent in the first place, rather than going on gut feel. When we bought our flat it was with Dexter's and we got the impression that they were relationship people, however, it turns out they act in the interest of the buyer not the seller.

In particular, Liam’s support, all the way from the initial viewing, to moving in has been stellar. We did not experience a single headache, and I attribute that largely to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.

Patrick was always available to discuss timing, potential buyers, etc, anything related to getting the sale through. Also hooked us up with a great solicitor. Overall, no service or question was too small.

21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I sold a flat through Winkworth's Putney office and was incredibly well looked after by Russell White and Bell Groves. Russell has years of experience and so much knowledge of the area. I was so grateful to be guided by him and was very happy to get a cash offer on the table after only having had the property on the market for 3 weeks. Bell was always available to help me with any questions that came up and was instrumental in making sure that the sale went through smoothly. I am delighted with the friendly and competent service that I received and couldn't recommend Russell and Bell highly enough.
29th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Incredibly unprofessional estate agency, absolutely zero help, used for my first rental property, where I found myself doing all of the work and fixing issue after issue left to me. Thinking I would see the back of them once I moved in I powered through, however this was not the case, Our payment methods were switched and I had to beg for a week to get the banking information of their own estate agency! Making my first payment late.The property I moved into was handed to me in a disastrous state which was a problem in its own right. I recommend this estate agency if your a fan of headaches and panic attacks. Avoid at all costs.
