17th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)Firstly I would like to mention, from the moment I walked into the office both the rental and sales team where really welcoming and very helpful.<br><br>I was selling my flat and I honestly can't fault the service I received. Communication in my opinion is super paramount and this was excellent throughout. They were helpful, always called me back, listened to me with my concerns and I never once felt ignored or left out on a limb. Shaira and Sian who where dealing with my sale from start to finish were an excellent team and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Your Move, Wallington, Surrey. A big thank you to you both and keep up the good work.
13th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.
14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.
14th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Great service from the very first encounter in the office. Lovely attentive, kind and calmly professional throughout each interaction. We met Paige initially who took our details and assured us she would help us navigate the current challenges in the market as best she could. She had a property coming on to the market which might suit needs. George then showed us around, handling a challenge with keys for the property with great calm and determination. we didn't feel rushed at all and could take time to get a feel for the property. We requested a second viewing, met by Paige again. She was insightful, open and helpful, guiding us through each step. In safe hands with these professionals, kind and not pushy in any way. Would highly recommend this firm and this team.

This is the second property I’ve sold through this firm in recent years and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)When considering the sale of rental property in Forest Hill we approached Pickwick Estates, who were marketing a nearby home and engaged directly with Paolo, who provided an accurate valuation remotely. Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.
13th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. I really enjoyed my time living at the property and always felt safe and comfortable there. I truly appreciate everything. Thank you!
24th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)I would highly recommend Tennison Property as a letting agent. All the staff are very professional and have excellent interpersonal skills. I have used other letting agents in the past but none have managed my property as well. They carefully vetted the tenants and maintained full and reliable control of the property. They ensured I was up to speed with changes in property law and advised how best to proceed in light of the changes, I am delighted that they are still managing my property.
26th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I would not recommend originally rung up and told there were more than one interested in property and that X was was best option as he had the money in place and was just waiting for money to arrive from parents. He put in an offer and asked me to take it off the market for two weeks so that he would have the money and we agreed on around 25 Feb on the basis that this would be a quick sale and was expecting that contracts could be exchanged by the beginning of May. I signed my part of the contract on 7 may and after that constant false promises about X being ready to exchange contracts - do not know who was lying client X / client solicitor/estate agent but it turns out X had a flat to sell and that there were problems with the lease on his flat and after many false promises contracts were not exchanged until the beginning of August. At the end of the day I do not know who was lying but had I known at the outset that he had a property to sell then I would have considered the other interested parties and their offers and had I known in early May he had issues with the lease on his property I would have re marketed the property On 31 July 19 days before sale was told "you will now begin to hear from our Sales Support Manager, Sandra. She will introduce herself shortly and will be your primary point of contact moving forward .......She will be in touch regularly" I did not receive any call from this lady at all regular communication with the estate agent was also far from perfect on occasions with calls emails not returned/replied

When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!<br><br>The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not.
