They handle all aspects of the tenancy - they've always provided great advice on getting the best rental price, finding new tenants, covering all areas of compliance and ensuring that I comply with my obligations as a landlord. Terri Tristram is my contact there, and she always provides proactive, speedy and helpful advice. She took the time to truly understand our needs and made stressful moments feel calm and well managed. Her communication was excellent, and we always felt supported and informed - from the initial search right through to exchange. Rampton Baseley has really stand-out/high quality properties in SW, and Elsa’s professionalism and care absolutely reflect that standard. 5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)After months of very frustrating house hunting experiences with numerous estate agents in south London, we viewed and offered on a house listed with Bryan and Keegan. Jamie Dalton was the agent who managed our purchase. Jamie was exceptional from start to completion. He was the most proactive, efficient agent. He helped us navigate a couple of tricky aspects with the sellers with great diplomacy. He supported them in obtaining documents from the council and in responding to our concerns from the survey. He was an excellent communicator who promptly replied to emails and calls and liaised well with our solicitor. He let nothing slip. Jamie was also very pleasant to deal with. Clearly, he has a wealth of experience and skills and was very committed to the process. Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I would recommend these Estate Agents to any seller or buyer.
