Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)My cousin called the lettings office to arrange a viewing for a rental property. A female answered the phone and she said: we are organising viewings at 7pm for this property. You can go there and the tenant will show you arround, You should make sure you get there tonight because it is cheap and it will go quick. The property was indeed £150 under the market rent of similar properties in the area. When I heard this I thought to myself: this is a letting agent who cant be bothered to attend their own viewings and the purposely advertise under the market rent so the flat rents quick without them leaving their office ( the building was 5 mins from their office ) regardless of the fact that the landlord who has a mortgage will get much less than other landlords in the area get for similar properties . I never heard of such a lazy letting agent . I just dont think is safe for a tenant to attend a lettings viewing without the estate agent , the tenant in the property could be a maniac with an agressive dog left alone with the viewer.
23rd Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)All those I dealt with at Robinson Jackson, Northumberland Heath were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They kept me informed of all viewings and feedback thereafter. I definitely felt I was in good , expert hands throughout this process.

11th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Unresponsive and no one ever answers calls or emails. Impossible to discuss or even view a property. I don't understand how they're in business and why they manage all of Southwark commercial properties?
13th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Initial valuation range was at low end of those from several agents consulted. No viewings, so reduced the price range. A few viewings and ultimately an offer below the bottom end of the range. Plans had been made based on initial advice so settling on a significantly Lower price was painful.

14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)We put our house on the market in March, we decided on Barnard Marcus as their valuation was the highest (out of 3). Their initial contact was good and positive but after a couple of months they suggested we drop the price from 575k. To 500k, this was a huge drop and far from their valuation of 575-600k, although viewings continued they didn’t really give any updates or feedback so we ended our contract with them when the initial 20 weeks were complete.

I Booked an appointment to view this house, I was lucky to be shown the house by a lady called Lesley Daniel. She was professional with her team all the way through my property purchase.<br><br>I highly recommend her to anyone would like to purchase a property from Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches. Paolo is a local expert and is very familiar with property typologies and buyers in the Honor Oak and Forest Hill area.<br><br>Paolo looked after the whole process for us, was easily contactable directly via WhatsApp, achieved a sale over asking surpassing alls expectations. We appreciated the personal service.<br><br>Paolo expertly progressed the leasehold sale and we are delighted to have now completed.

We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!

They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time.
