The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.

Although there were some delays due to complications with the seller, Steve was always on hand to pick up my phone calls and kept pushing the deal forward up towards completion. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

17th May 2024 (2 years ago)Ross Hand are by far the best estate agents we have dealt with, and Robert and Kim are two of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of knowing. Starting the tenancy was smooth. Throughout the period of our tenancy, any issues were always promptly addressed by Robert and Kim (and the landlords). Overall, we are super impressed, and really appreciate their efforts to make our rental period a very satisfactory one. Based on our positive experience, we can confidently say that if you are renting via Ross Hand estate agents, you are certainly in good hands!

What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. I can highly recommen them, especially the agent Kieron!

I’ve introduced a few clients who are looking at opportunities in London, and Freder has been extremely helpful in supporting these searches, including clients exploring both the Romanian and China markets. ???????????????????????????? In a fast-moving market like this, having a team that acts efficiently and communicates clearly makes a real difference. ?????? I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ????
