18th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.<br><br>We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.<br><br>On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!

They were all incredibly responsive and insightful and kept us updated on our house sale from start to finish. As well as being professional and knowledgable about the property market, they were very charming to deal with. We highly recommend them.

1st Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I generally prefer to give companies the benefit of the doubt and avoid leaving negative reviews, but our experience as buyers with Palmer Snell has been genuinely appalling.<br>?The level of communication from the sales team is beyond poor. Emails sent to Anthony repeatedly go unanswered, and getting through on the phone is a constant struggle. On one occasion, I spoke with Magda and gave her details regarding our purchase, but no action was ever taken. To make matters worse, Anthony scheduled a second viewing for my husband, forgot about it entirely, and left the seller to conduct the viewing herself.<br>?Due to the total lack of transparency and responsiveness from Palmer Snell, we were forced to contact the vendor directly. Unsurprisingly, she is just as dissatisfied with their service as we are.<br>?I must highlight the abysmal service from Anthony, the office manager. We found him to be arrogant, rude, argumentative, and overly dismissive when discussing structural and building queries. The experience has been so stressful that I can no longer bring myself to speak to the office, leaving my husband to handle all communication. If this transaction falls through, it will be entirely down to the agent’s incompetence.<br>?While there seem to be positive reviews for their lettings department, the sales team is a completely different story. Their lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer care is deeply frustrating. Whether you are buying or looking to instruct an agent to sell your home, I strongly advise avoiding Palmer Snell. In the future, any property listed with them will be an immediate red flag for us.

We were given helpful advice about every aspect of the sale, including how to present the property and also how to dispose of unwanted items. Our grateful thanks to all the staff for managing the sale so efficiently. We highly recommend using this company.

The market wasn't at its strongest and our property was quite unusual, which meant finding the right buyer was never going to be easy. Despite the challenges, the team remained positive, proactive and committed from start to finish.<br><br>Throughout the process they consistently went above and beyond. They always answered my many phone calls with patience, understanding and genuine care, no matter how big or small the query. They made time to talk things through, listened to our concerns and offered honest, practical advice that helped us make the right decisions at every stage. It genuinely felt like we were working together to overcome each hurdle along the way.<br><br>What impressed me most was how invested they were in achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.
