I immediately felt Helen was the right fit for me, she is very personable, professional and genuine. I could tell that any client would feel at ease when viewing the property with Helen and her team. The valuation Helen provided was spot on based on the current market. I liked how she saw the potential in the property whilst also being very realistic and not full of false promises and hot air. Once Helen found me a buyer the support she showed both myself and the buyer was nothing short of incredible. From the very outset all the way closing the deal and completing Helen has been a total gem and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much Helen and all the Team at Stow.

17th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Shannon Lethaby, at Webers, dealt with the sale of my property. Like much of the country there has been a downturn in the housing market in North Devon. As such it took a while to sell my house, but Shannon was determined and made sure she got the right buyers through the door. The sale process itself turned out to be unbelievably complicated due to a solicitor in the chain, however Shannon's communication, and constant updates helped keep the process moving, especially at a point where other estate agents in the chain had seemingly lost interest. I would highly recommend Shannon and Webers to people buying or selling in the area.

24th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Regrettably, I’m giving Stratton Creber a poor review following a disappointing experience selling our property through their Looe branch.<br><br>Having bought and sold several properties over the years, I appreciate the importance of good communication and proactive management. Unfortunately, both were lacking throughout our relationship with Karl, the branch manager.<br><br>Updates often consisted of screenshots showing Rightmove activity rather than meaningful feedback on the marketing strategy or potential buyers. We also raised concerns about the photography, which was initially too dark and subsequently overexposed. More disappointing was the lack of direct communication. Following a second viewing from interested buyers, I emailed Karl requesting an update. He never responded, and the feedback eventually came from another member of the office.<br><br>Ultimately, these issues led us to withdraw the property and appoint a different agent when we return to the market next spring. Before leaving, I sent Karl a detailed, constructive email explaining our concerns, making clear that I stood by every point and was happy to discuss them personally. His response simply confirmed that no further viewings would be arranged and wished us well. There was no acknowledgement of the specific concerns or attempt to address them.<br><br>Unfortunately, that final exchange rather summed up our experience. We weren’t expecting a guaranteed sale, but we did expect professional communication, accountability and a more proactive approach from the branch manager.

Under his management, Moovahome’s annual conference for landlords, clients and industry experts is a unique investment in the industry, and they deserve great credit for their market leadership.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Moovahome to any landlord.
