Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

The team was professional, friendly, and always happy to answer any questions we had. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, making what can be a stressful experience much easier. We really appreciated their excellent communication and support and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

2nd Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)We bought an apartment that was advertised with Real Estate Bureau. We dealt with Travis to begin with who gave us all the information about the apartment and then we booked our viewings with Tom. We then continued to deal with Tom throughout the whole buying process. Tom kept us up to date with the process and was always at the end of the phone or email when we needed him and if we couldnt speak directly to him Travis and Debbie were also helpful. Absolute first class service would highly recommend!

And the staff are very kind and they make sure they do a follow up to ensure everything is fine. Thumbs up..

Communication has been excellent, and I have always been able to rely on John's advice and guidance. His knowledge and experience are exceptional, and I have felt completely confident that he and his team were working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for me.<br>The entire team have consistently gone above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. We worked together for two years and they were a great help to us during the move; in fact, the whole team supported us even whilst we were looking for a new home. 17th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with Palmer Snell’s handling of the sale of our flat.<br>From the outset, communication was poor. For the first four months, we received virtually no updates and only found out what was happening by making regular visits to the branch ourseves. We were repeatedly promised callbacks and action, neither of which materialised on most occasions.<br>We also felt that the buyers’ interests were prioritised over ours, particularly as Palmer Snell acted as letting agents for several of their properties. This created a perceived conflict of interest and left us feeling that we were not being properly represented as their client. In addition, there were occasions where we felt information was not presented honestly or transparently, which further undermined our confidence in the agency and left us questioning whether we were being given the full picture.<br>Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of communication around exchange and completion. After months of frustration, the sale finally completed after 7 months of procrastination on the buyers side with no acknowledgement or proactive contact from the agency.<br>We were particularly disappointed with Anthony, the branch manager. Given his position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication and customer care, but unfortunately this was not our experience. That said, Amanda and George were always professional whenever we dealt with them.<br>Having used Palmer Snell as letting agents for eight years without issue, we expected far better. As a sales agent, however, we found their service poor, unprofessional, deeply frustrating and at times, lacking in honesty and transparency. We would not recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Their communication was consistently good and they kept us updated regarding viewings, feedback and progress. Always keen to help with the property as we weren't local. Completed this week and am very happy!

9th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us. Update June 2026 Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again. Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year. Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????

I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
