Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her positive attitude made a real difference during what can often be a challenging journey. We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.- 28th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)We had an excellent experience with Jackson-Stops, and particularly with Ro Diaper, while we were buying our new house. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

We mainly had contact with Leanne who was so helpful and lovely. It’s been a while since we sold/bought a house but she was happy to guide us through the purchasing process.
