Always very responsive, professional, and understanding. I've been asked to provide feedback on an area where they can improve, but I really struggle to think of anything. I strongly recommend this agency. If you take care of the property, there will be no issues.- 3rd Feb 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had been renting a property in Ely for the past 4 years or so through Cheffins and have had nothing but a positive experience. They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.

Charlii is lovely and knows when to step back and when to lead when viewing a property - we felt really relaxed and able to take our time viewing. We’ve been updated tremendously through their team at CompleteAsap (Amelia is lovely to talk to!) and I am so so grateful that Euan and Bradley joined the team while we sold our property through their previous agency as it means they were able to see it to the end. It’s been an incredibly hard couple of years for us and Euan has honestly been my rock, I could just call and say ‘help’ and he’d fix it in whatever way he could. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again ???? but if we ever do, I’ll be calling them without a doubt. Thank you so so much ??

We approached Leaders, and things started to go more smoothly for us. We had successful viewings, regular communication and finally a sale we were happy with. Would 100% recommend Leaders for their communication, their reassurance throughout the stressful process, alongside their wonderful marketing of our property. Thank you!

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

Ross the estate agent was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process bridging the gap between buyer and seller which sped the process along extremely quickly, enabling us to complete within 8 weeks. If we ever decided to sell we will certainly be using Hizzy property to do so.

5th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

She has been a life saver throughout this entire buying and selling process and would not want to go through this process again without an agent like her! She’s always there to pic up a call and give reassurance. The support and time she has given us has been amazing. Our exchange would not have happened when it did if she hadn’t been as driven as she is and got this across the line. She honestly deserve a pay rise/ promotion and I would absolute recommend anyone to try and have her as their sales progressor. Thank you so much Amy.

It has been a very stressful process, and we probably called her far too many times and stressed her out a lot, but she always handled everything so calmly and professionally. She managed everything amazingly and kept things moving so we could complete as quickly as possible, chasing and calling solicitors. She truly went above and beyond with everything. We’re so grateful for all her hard work and support — couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks so so much!

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

And their marketing of the property is fantastic, the photographer and videographer where fantastic, the brochures they produce as well really do stand out. I must mention Mattie, a big shout out to her, she has the perfect positive attitude, detailed on viewings, and she will sell our home for sure with her can do attitude alone. Can’t recommend her enough and a credit to M&B.
