They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. Luke and Joe were always available to offer advice and support and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone involved in renting properties. Thank you!

11th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

I’m a first time buyer who has requested to view a flat at Unicorn House 3 times, with no reply. I requested to view the property before it was reduced, nobody even acknowledged my request. Asked again TWICE after it was reduced last week and have heard NOTHING.<br><br>What’s the point of being an estate agent if you don’t respond to view requests???- 19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am very satisfied with the service I have received. My property sold quickly. Hopefully the rest of the process will go smoothly.
