28th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Beresfords Estate Agents provided a professional personable service to enable me to find and new home before the new year & complete my purchase by mid-March 2026 (a 4 month process) Particularly through the advice of thier experienced manager's Daniel Buck and Richard Gennings I was respectively able to find and view good properties matching my need, at times fitting around my own work, with important honestly conveyed tips about the properties features and positive and less positive attributes, and tips on how best to aquire a mortgage, compare lender offer details, and consider other forms of protection more broadly such life cover policies. I can recommend Beresford to anyone looking for these and other services provided. Thank you Beresfords team.

30th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I had an excellent experience buying my first home with my partner with Fenn Wright Stanway branch. The whole team was really kind and professional throughout, and super helpful and generous with their time considering it was our first time buying any kind of property and we were new to it all. Kirsty was especially professional, super warm and friendly, and always called each week to give you a detailed update on where you were at with the purchase journey. I couldn't recommend them enough!

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

19th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I just wanted to leave a review for Lana at Tucker Gardner. She made a big impression on me. It's such a stressful process trying to find a property and Lana made the viewing so much less stressful. I noticed how caring and considerate she was towards the owners of the property, and she sold the property in the best possible light. If I was selling I would feel very reassured to know that someone was selling my property who I can trust and who is doing such a great job of it. And she was very kind to me too, taking time to tell me about the area and even show me some lovely things in Ely. She's a delight and I just wanted to thank her for giving me a lovely time in the midst of an otherwise stressful time property searching. Thank you Lana ??????

8th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)When I moved in originally I gave a 5* review. Once they had my money they stopped communicating, wouldn’t do the things they said they would, passed blame around and never took accountability, did not follow their own policies when it came to repairs. It got to the point where we had to threaten legal action if they did not get the repairs done. Our landlord failed to provide enough keys and so we were told we had to pay to make copies ourselves. We had many issues with the property and Tucker Gardner was no help. They lied to us prior to signing the lease and went back on promises they had made. It has been over a month since we moved out and we still have not received our deposit. Communication is terrible at Tucker Gardner. I am truly disappointed that what started out as a great relationship quickly turned sour. Our landlord also had his own struggles with them not providing the services he was paying for. Don’t work with TG Lettings, they’re dishonest and they don’t care once they have your money.

23rd Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I should have went with Knight Residential from the start to sell my house. After 8 weeks with no viewings, I asked Matt to place my house one the market with Knight’s. Wishing a few days, we had multiple viewings and an offer made and excepted. Matt then passed me over to Lorraine, who knew we had a quick turnaround needed of 6 weeks. Lorraine went above snd beyond, not that she would ever say she did. Each week she would make contact to provide updates, she would work with the buyer and our solicitors to ensure a swift smooth sale. Lorraine is now selling my letting property and everything again is going just as smoothly as. I would recommend Knight Residential, not just to sell, but to provide expert advice, guidance and if I were to purchase, let or sell again, I would not hesitate to go direct to Knight’s. Thank you.

A viewing by an interested purchaser the same day and another one due after the weekend! Regular updates & feedback. Highly recommended and so convenient.
27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Watch out. If you don't put it in writing they will lie and pretend you haven't told them. In response...... actually it's because I repeatedly told you the garage door was broken and the landlord was doing nothing about it. You ignored me and six months later you pretended I hadn't phoned and told you about it. Upon leaving you told me I'd be able to collect the washing machine if it was mine. Turned out it was mine but the landlord kept it and charged me for its disposal. All your inspections and inventories were in favour of the landlord You also appear to have several fake positive reviews about your company on this site.

13th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)I chose Grace estate agents because of previous complimentary reviews, it’s out of town centre office location affording easy access and parking. Their terms were clear and reasonable, with their MD Tara Grace taking the time to introduce herself and the business to me. Here is the thank you message I sent to Karen Ward, who looked after the sale of my property, which speaks for itself: Just a note to express my appreciation for the way you have handled my sale of the above mentioned property once having secured a buyer. What on the face of it, should have been a comparatively straightforward transaction, ended up being slowed by the need for the buyer to change their representing solicitor practice twice! You were always ‘on the ball’ chasing up as required along the way. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional way all the office took calls if you were not there or otherwise engaged! All your colleagues were always a pleasure to deal with. Having had recent experience connected with the attempted sale of a different property further made me appreciate the way your agency works!

Coming from someone in the Conveyancing Industry, we found ourselves in quite a complicated situation with a related sale and purchase, and Karen was the reason everything ultimately came together. Her dedication, calm reassurance, and expert handling of every detail kept the entire chain on track when things could have easily fallen apart.
