28th May 2026 (24 days ago)Our experience trying to sell our property with William H Brown was extremely disappointing and ultimately quite disastrous. Before we signed with them, the team were highly proactive in their communication and sales pitch. We were promised consistent outreach to potential buyers, regular updates, detailed analytics, and valuable insights throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, the reality after signing the contract was completely different. Communication quickly became poor and reactive rather than proactive. We repeatedly found ourselves having to chase the team for updates and manually intervene to ensure viewers were actually being followed up with after property visits. In several cases, it appeared that little-to-no meaningful follow-up had been carried out unless we specifically requested it. There also seemed to be a lack of organisation and visibility around prospective buyers. The team often appeared unsure about where leads were in their decision-making process, whether further conversations had taken place, or what objections buyers may have had. This left us feeling as though there was no clear sales strategy or ownership of the process. Given the fees involved, we expected a far more professional, engaged, and proactive service. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and lacking confidence that our property sale was being managed effectively. In the end, after a few months with WHB and no real leads for the sale of our house, we ended up going with another local estate agents who sold our house within a month. Overall, we would not recommend William H Brown based on our experience.- 9th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I had a wonderful experience working with Morgan! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make everything as smooth and stress free as possible. She helped me find the perfect home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

10th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I’ve been living in a property managed by them for over a year now and they have been great! They have dealt with every issue promptly and professionally, they are supportive not only to the landlord but to all tenants with equal fairness. If you communicate with them properly, pay your rent on time and keep the property in good condition you will find that renting through them was a wise decision. As a former lettings negotiator for several companies I can find no fault with this agent and highly recommend.

9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were very very disappointed by the firm that Ollie recommended ,it was so bad that after 5 months we were in a situation of not owning my late mums home and had no money transfered so very very annoyed ,disappointed,and angry with Your Move Beccles ...the experience has led us as a large family to avoid using this company again ..also Ive noticed the nice new office near Normanston Drive so someone is making a rather large profit !!!
4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)What can I say! Ross was amazing with us to buy our 1st home. I can't thank him enough. He was there every step of the way,was always a phone call away. He helped us with all of the paperwork we didn't understand and came to our rented place to go though it all and send it all off for us. This journey has been amazing for us and we couldn't of done any of it without his help. Sorted out mortgage advisor and solicitor for us aswell. I really can't thank him enough for all of his help he has give us on this new start. Many many thanks Ross you are an angel.

They were incredibly understanding of the challenges we faced in finding a landlord willing to accept a tenant receiving benefits. Throughout the process, they were supportive, respectful, and non-discriminatory, something we unfortunately did not experience with some other agents in the area. A special thanks to Andrew, who was our main point of contact. Your understanding and compassionate approach was truly refreshing.
4th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)These are some of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Put an offer in on a house 2 weeks ago and have provided all evidence requested and was told my offer was one of the best ones and that I should feel confident. Since then it’s been impossible to get hold of anyone who can give any information about what is going on. They asked my conveyancer to call to confirm the stage of my chain and the manager/director told my solicitor that the case had been taken away from the team member dealing with it, as she’d apparently been telling all the prospective buyers what they wanted to hear and stringing us all along for weeks. I have spent all morning trying to get hold of the manager to try and find out what is going on, I keep being told not she’s in yet (it’s 1pm) and I’ll get a call back. Eventually had to speak to one of the office people who said the vendor had accepted one of the other offers. When I complained about how badly this had been managed and how unfair it was to string people along like this, the boy on the phone literally huffed at me like a moody teenager and said it wasn’t his fault and then started whining about having to deal with the complaint, then said good bye and hung up. I would avoid this company at all costs.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. Thank you from Graham & babs xxxx

Maxine was very helpful and was with me throughout my journey from start to recieving my keys. Naoimi and Sam were also very informative with any (alot of) queries I had.
