4th Mar 2026 (4 weeks ago)William H Brown were great with the moving in process quick & efficient. Pippa is very easy to work with and helpful. On the other hand, moving out was an absolute nightmare!!! We had 0 communication and were receiving arrears emails over 3 times when we had paid due to the internal lack of communication. When you phone each department they have no idea what is going on. It’s so clear that there is no communication throughout the departments. We had a checkout scheduled in and waited at the house for 2 hours. Nobody showed up nor called or emailed us. Thankfully we ended up making contact with an agent called Richard from the Thetford branch, he listened to our frustrations and helped us get in contact with the relevant people. She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. I found the advice and service from Gary, Selene and the team excellent on both occasions. They kept me informed of viewings and progress and when an unfortunate issue arose Gary was very prompt and persistent in getting it sorted out satisfactorily. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

They were very good at dealing with all the various parties involved - and keeping us in the loop. All the staff I dealt with were polite, efficient and knowledgable.

16th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Not even deserve single start honestly. We recently made an offer on a property through Kingsleigh. Our offer was initially accepted, but later we were informed (When I called) that the seller decided to reject it. The agent explained that this was because we started with a lower offer and then increased it significantly, which made the seller uncertain and accepted another offer. I had sent emails without receiving a response, and the property remained listed on the market. Clear and timely updates would have helped manage expectations better. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future buyers.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
