20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

28th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Our experience trying to sell our property with William H Brown was extremely disappointing and ultimately quite disastrous. Before we signed with them, the team were highly proactive in their communication and sales pitch. We were promised consistent outreach to potential buyers, regular updates, detailed analytics, and valuable insights throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, the reality after signing the contract was completely different. Communication quickly became poor and reactive rather than proactive. We repeatedly found ourselves having to chase the team for updates and manually intervene to ensure viewers were actually being followed up with after property visits. In several cases, it appeared that little-to-no meaningful follow-up had been carried out unless we specifically requested it. There also seemed to be a lack of organisation and visibility around prospective buyers. The team often appeared unsure about where leads were in their decision-making process, whether further conversations had taken place, or what objections buyers may have had. This left us feeling as though there was no clear sales strategy or ownership of the process. Given the fees involved, we expected a far more professional, engaged, and proactive service. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and lacking confidence that our property sale was being managed effectively. In the end, after a few months with WHB and no real leads for the sale of our house, we ended up going with another local estate agents who sold our house within a month. 3rd Aug 2026 (2 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

25th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .

This was our first move in over 40 years, and the process itself is bureaucratic and unnecessarily complicated, but the Hizzy team consistently went above and beyond to get our sale across the line. Their support made a difficult process far easier, and I would strongly recommend them.

We had quite the ride with a few bumps in the road along the way (general conveyance) but they sold my house within 2 days … Lewis and Jake were great - Karen was with me every step of the way and took control of the other agents, my buyers and solicitor. we spoke weekly and thankfully everything pulled together and worked out, I now site in my new home extremely happy ! If I ever need to sell again, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Grace estate agents again. Thanks all

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

They contacted me to arrange several viewings and confirmed these when made. They have a lot of local info. They sold my house in a fairly short time in my opinion. Overall their service was excellent.

I must say we spoke to a few members of staff there and they were wonderful but a special thank you goes to Amy Doig who if it wasn't for her I think I would've gone mad, they say moving is stressful but with her advice, help and professional support we made it . Amy worked hard to help with any questions we had and supported us through the whole process, she kept us informed all the way through the process of selling and informed us of any issues or problems that occurred, thank you so much Amy for making this experience a lot easier for us??????, a valid member of the team at Oakheart.x
