20th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

28th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We moved 4 months ago and Ryan at Woodbridge Road East helped us with the sale of our house which sold quickly after being with them last August but we couldn’t find a bungalow, Ryan kept going the extra mile to keep our buyer interested and trying to help us find somewhere as well we finally found somewhere and it all went smoothly at the end. The town branch we didn’t find so helpful at all so glad we went to the other branch otherwise I think we would have stayed where we were as it seemed we were a nuisance about a certain property we were interested in. Well done Ryan a credit to your branch

Would repeat complete sub par viewings, giving false or no information even though they had this written down. Had to change for feedback on more than one occasion. 2 individuals were completely awful to work with. Avoid.

25th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I came across Your Move Estate Agents through a family friends of mine .<br>From the ver beginning , even while still on the phone , I got the impression that I am dealing with a professional staff , who knew what they were doing . While speaking with the Chief Executive Olli Humphreys, I was impressed with his speed of with which he resolved any issues at hand . He was cooperative for him there were no important or not important issues , all mattered equally . He dealt with them with extreme efficiency .<br>He and his team made the tedious process of purchasing a new home very easy and dealt with it as if it was his own issues .<br>I cannot recommend him and his team any more .<br>Thank you to the staff at Your Move Beccles .

They were transparent about the process and Karen would always make time to speak to me when I needed to chat. The team at Grace also ensured I was able to get quick viewings at the property when requested. Both Karen and Lewis were very friendly and open, and I appreciate the time they gave me throughout the process.
13th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)We’ve been using Potters to rent and manage our property for some time now and have been happy with their service.<br>We recently had a change of tenant and, once again, the team were fantastic. Bradley gave us some really helpful advice on getting the property ready, and Michael did a great job marketing it. He generated several offers and managed the whole process through to the new tenants moving in, making what could have been a stressful process very straightforward.<br>Donna has also been excellent at managing the property for us. She is always on top of things and arranges any maintenance quickly and efficiently, which gives us great peace of mind knowing the property is being looked after.<br>We’ve found everyone at Potters to be friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We’re pleased with the service we receive and would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent to rent and manage their property.
5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.
2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Honestly the worst company anyone could go through, little man johnny boy tricker think he’s so brilliant puffing his chest out in front of my kids and partner (a female) while I wasn’t there, raising his voice and pointing his fingers (which we have video evidence), making my two young kids scared and cry! Very unprofessional we put through many complaints about the house and they just checked the jobs off as completed but never even came to do nothing! Then to top it all off he’s now trying to take most of the deposit through “carpet cleaning” which he’s well known for by the looks of things! I wouldn’t trust him with your personal data either because he happily gave us the actual home owners full name and address! We was paying for a 3 bed house for over 6months when environmental health claimed that one bedrooms was unliveable with all the damp and black mould but once again keystones and little man tricker done so little to help out and didn’t care one bit! We left the house and 4 days later it was up to rent, so nothings been fixed!!

15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
