3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Homes took over from another estate agent and then things progressed noticeably on selling my mother’s house.<br>Really friendly and efficient team, professional, very supportive and I felt treated as an individual; they understood the circumstances under which the house had to be sold (to pay for care home costs).<br>Going into the estate agent office I felt welcome and liked meeting a team of smiley people, who I felt, wanted to sell the house as much as I needed to……..and they did ??????

Having no prior experience with the UK rental process, I was referred to Lydia Barnes at Reeds Rains by a local Airbnb host in Rye, and I’m so glad I was!<br><br>From my very first email inquiry through to signing our tenancy agreement, the entire Rye team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She was really helpful and friendly throughout, always happy to answer our questions, keeping us informed and making the whole process feel straightforward.<br><br>She really went above and beyond to help us secure a great deal, which I really appreciated. Her communication was great, and she was always approachable and easy to get along with. On top of that, she was lovely to deal with and made the whole thing feel easy and even enjoyable.<br><br>She’s a real credit to Sims Williams, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

7th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

Andrew and his staff in both the Lettings department and Sales department are always very friendly and helpful. Lulu was outstanding throughout the sale, her communication was excellent and she did a brilliant job of keeping things moving. I would highly recommend PSP Homes.

They were never too busy to share thoughts and info on our way forward and never put any pressure on me. Their knowledge of the market was a great help in guiding me to the right level of setting the asking price and what reaction to expect.<br>I would thoroughly recommend Redwood and Sons as the estate agent to use.<br>My thanks go to Simon and Pip for all their hard work.

Selling a family home after a bereavement is not like an ordinary sale, and he understood that without needing it explained. He never pushed, and dealt with everything sensitively while still getting on with the job properly. His advice on price and presentation was realistic - which is always what you need! - and he kept us informed at every stage. We're so grateful to him. Above all, Darren's a gentleman to deal with.
