Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

Communication has been excellent from start to finish, and he has been very easy to deal with at every stage. It’s been a genuine pleasure working with him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

Every member of staff we dealt with was absolutely phenomenal—professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring we always felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Communication was outstanding throughout; we were kept constantly updated and always felt fully in the loop, which made a huge difference. What really stood out was their genuine care and dedication. 30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)I had the pleasure of working with Lucy Hampton regarding the Renters Rights Bill and the complications that have risen with my property. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, informative and patient. A true pleasure to work with someone who goes above and beyond. Returning calls, sending information across in a timely fashion and explaining the procedure throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lucy or SimsWilliam as a letting agent. 10/10!
18th May 2026 (27 days ago)I saw a property that I wanted to view in Central Avenue and unfortunately this estate agent was the only agent. They could not arrange it. They double booked, and wanted to show me a totally different property. When I suggested a morning viewing They suggested an afternoon one. I just gave up. I hope the property goes on sale with someone else.

22nd May 2026 (23 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. I had to provide my information on multiple occasions, both during initial registration and the application itself, yet never received a follow-up. When I called for an update, the representative was dismissive and falsely claimed that someone had tried to contact me. This was untrue, as my phone records show no missed calls other than a specific previous agent who always left a voicemail. To make matters worse, the representative then asked for my details yet again. Furthermore, the agency demonstrated a concerning lack of industry knowledge. They were entirely unaware of the new two-month notice legislation and rigidly insisted on a one-month holding policy, effectively forcing tenants into paying a costly extra month just so the agency can save face with their clients.

He has provided complete transparency, along with detailed knowledge drawing on his obvious extensive experience. He has ensured that he worked with me to achieve the best value for the property, and succeeded! It took around 8 weeks for the property to go on sale until sold. This actually on the lower end of the typical selling time for the area, so another point of success. I have been continuously updated throughout the entire process, and also responds very promptly to any emails I have sent. I also want to mention that for the services provided (photos and advertising etc), that the fee is a very fair price, and good value.

4th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)When you've met a lot of estate agents you soon realise that they're all cut from the same cloth, but Dan, Georgia and Abi at Number 24 are a different breed. Not only did they sell our house with the first viewer through the door, but they were with us every step of the way, providing proactive communication, reassurance that only comes with their experience and relieving all of the stress that invariably comes with a house sale. They were a truly trusted partner and we would highly recommend them if you're looking for an estate agent that is honest, knowledgeable and quite brilliant in what they do. They're also lovely people – and that goes a very long way, especially when you've been in your house for nearly 20 years and you need simplicity and expert guidance. Many thanks Number 24!
10th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I would highly recommend Amelia at King and Chasemore for Lettings. She recommended a property to us that was perfect, just what we had been looking for! She was knowledgeable at the veiwing & went above & belonged to get us a suitable move in date with our tight time scale. As well as being helpful & friendly and always replying promply to my emails, she would be the first person I would go to should I need her services in the future.
